PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.

The building charges a $60 registration fee upon check-in to obtain your parking pass. Please know that this fee is subject to change at the building's discretion.

The indoor pool is open from April through October. It is closed December - March.

* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the dumpster in the parking lot.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.

Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.

As we have a strict cancellation policy we strongly recommend that guests purchase trip cancellation insurance at time of booking!
