Great stay on Longboat Key

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Lyons Lane for the month of April 2023. The property is lovely and spacious in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. The backyard is very private with a great pool area. The house is about a 7 minute walk from a beautiful, uncrowded sandy beach which is walkable for miles. The ocean temp was perfect, and we enjoyed watching the fish and birds. The only downside to the beach is that there are no facilities including washrooms. The house has 4 bedrooms but the 4th is in the basement and not accessible via the interior of the house. The 4th bedroom only has a window a/c and is quite warm. The only access from this bedroom to the rest of the house is via the stairs in the back which go from the lanai to the pool area. There are only 2 bathrooms in the house - the ensuite in the master bedroom and a small guest bathroom. Some of us suffered from “no see um” bites which, apparently, are seasonal. The property was clean and well equipped. The TV only has access to Netflix and Pluto which meant no access to news and sports channels. Overall, we had a great stay.
