This is one of my family's favorite trips so far. The property was a perfect lay out for our family of 7 and the setting is beautiful. We loved spending our time between the pool and the pier. We can't wait to go back next summer. Thank you for a great family memory!

Just what we needed

This was our 3rd time at this rental, and we absolutely loved it again. It is very quiet and peaceful with beautiful views. The dogs are at peace here and the kids always have something they can do. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing location, would highly recommend.

We had another amazing stay at this house. The property is beautiful and peaceful as advertised. There is plenty to do with swimming, crabbing, and kayaking to name a few. The owner is very quick to respond with any questions. Would absolutely recommend.

Beautiful property

Had a great time. Beautiful home with everything you could need. Pool kayak and pool table was very nice to have. Very private but close enough to drive to other areas for fun.

Beautiful Exmore Property

Beautiful property and landscaped grounds with CLEAN welcoming home. Great place for a multi-generational get together. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dinnerware for a large group. LOVED the pool, fishing, and watching the deer, butterflies, fox, crabs, and string rays. Owner communication was excellent!

Great getaway on the Cape!

Beautiful property that is set up well for gathering - fire pit, water toys, huge yard, etc. Nice set up for friend groups or families. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Vacation

The house and all its amenities were just as promised! The kids had a great time in the pool, fishing and kayaking. Property was beautiful and although the layout of the house was a little awkward for our youngest and sleeping arrangements, it was a great summer getaway!

Stayed for a week with my spouse and some of my side of family. Plenty of room, clean and nice. Plenty of privacy since down dead end road, never seen another person beside pool cleaner. Nice guy. Communication with host easy and quick responce. Do recommend.

Wonderful stay

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. Mary was very responsive with all our needs. The teenagers enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding. The pool was great and very clean on arrival. We also enjoyed using the crab pots to catch crabs right off the front of the house. We would definitely stay here again!

ESVA Getaway

The views and the history of this area are memorable. One of my teens expressed the desire to come back and as other parents can attest; that is meaningful! The pool and the game room were a wonderful bonus to the landscape.

Our new favorite place

This house is stunning. We had an amazing family vacation. The views are great. It's quiet! Fishing was awesome! All 11 of us and our 2 fur babies loved it!

Relaxing Breeze

This is a very nice property and very relaxing. If you don’t like being bothered by a crowd then this is for you. The property is designed for relaxation, fishing, crabbing and kayaking or just hanging out by the bay! The owners are very good to deal with.

Perfect Family Getaway- Something for everyone

We love the Eastern Shore and being on the bay! This is our 5th year, and 5th house and this was by far our favorite!!! Bay views for days!!! From sun up to sun down there was something to see or do! Very clean! Vintage charm with modern upgrades! Awesome "gameroom/pool house" that we hung out in when it rain! The kids favorite was the pool! We will be returning!!!

Perfect Getaway

What a perfect slice of heaven on earth. This beautiful home is in an absolutely gorgeous location surrounded on two sides by water and breathtaking views of the water. The pool was the topping on the cake! Incredible spot!
