Beautiful condo

Beautifully maintained condo, easy access, well stocked and clean, close to everything, amazing pool.We would definitely stay here again.The only downside were the black and brown towels, they were a bit odd, and the complex driveway runs right by the terrace, not even ten feet away.

Perfect location with elbow room

Check in process was smooth. Great access to area activities. Easy use of pool. We had a water heater issue and they had it fixed by the time we arrived back later that day. The only reason not 5 star on overall rating is linens, towels and unit did not smell very fresh and clean.

Darling Condo

Darling Condo, decorated in a "Woodsie" theme with wall decor of Bears and Moose. Condo location is really close to Dollywood and the other amusement parks. Host is really pleasant and responsive. Would definitely stay there again. and responsive.

Great getaway.

The condo was very clean and modern. All the comforts of home. Location is great (close to everything.) It was especially nice being on the first floor. This place is pretty much right in the center of Pigeon Forge. The only minor thing was the door alarm would go off randomly like someone was jarring the handle. I would 100% stay here again.

First of all Shana was a hands on lady and would check to make sure everything was okay. Had trouble getting the TV to cooperate and there was a very small leak from the dishwasher. Other than those 2 minor problems everything went well. The only thing I recommend is to have ceiling fans.

Birthday Trip

It was a birthday trip for me and my mom! We had a great time. The condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable for all of us girls. Perfect location, very convenient. We stayed 3 nights and wished we could’ve stayed longer! Will definitely be our spot! One of our favorite trips!

Home away from home!

My family of four stayed at the condo for a week. The condo was clean and comfy. Dishes, linens and washer and dryer were provided. My 2 kids had their own room with bathroom as well as my wife and I. The condo had an outdoor and indoor pool just a short distance away that was we enjoyed daily. Full kitchen that was convenient for times we didn’t want to eat out. I would suggest bringing extra bath towels and better toilet paper for the stay. The condo did provide 2 laundry pods for doing laundry and a few dishwasher pods. I would suggest bringing extra laundry detergent and paper towels and or napkins. We were provided one extra trash bag for the kitchen so would suggest bringing trash bags as well. Condo had scrabble, jenga and a mystery board game to play. If you sleep with a fan, bring one. The condo does not have any fans. It is in an excellent location to the “strip” of Pigeon Forge and is within walking distance to a lot of fun things to do. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to enjoy TN again!

Family Stay

Our family enjoyed staying at this condo, with the exception of just a couple of things. It’s a short distance from the majority of the action of Pigeon Forge, which means the traffic isn’t as heavy when trying to exit or enter the condo. The only complaint our family had was the cleanliness of the condo. When we first used the smaller bathroom, we found a used wash cloth hanging on the bathtub shelf and visible dirt in the tub. There were also obvious urine stains around the toilet in this bathroom. The rest of the condo was in better condition, which is why I gave the cleanliness rating a 4. Overall our stay here was pleasant.

Great location

The location was excellent for us, close to Gatlinburg, Sevierville, Dandridge, shopping, attractions and of course to the Smokies. The facilities were very good and the apartment was on the first floor which was convenient, it had a small patio in the back but just one chair, the decoration was very nice and well appointed except for a hair dryer that was provided upon request. The toiletries were extremely basic, and just enough toilet paper for the first two days. We were not very pleased with the cleanliness, I'm very picky and noticed that the floors were dirty and there was some debris under the beds and in the bathrooms corners.

The contact reached out before arrival to confirm of kitchen work order, be aware of smell upon arrival and about the keypad being moved from back door to front. All was understand by myself. There was no smell upon arrival, room super clean. The keypad instructions were not given for locking, was frustrating when we tried leaving and didn’t know how to lock the keypad. Called her and she assisted. We needed this before arrival but we understood. The full bed on the right side sounded like it was gonna fall to the ground when moving at times. The beds weren’t the most comfortable either. We didn’t feel this was a reason to call back but owner may want to fix this. We appreciate the cleanliness and extra linens. Overall would stay here again.

Great location for family fun

We decided to take the kids to Dollywood for Christmas fun. We have stayed on this property before; however, this is the best condo we have had the pleasure of staying in. The condo was well maintained and just as described. What was extremely nice was the thoughtfulness of the owners to include some daily amenities such as extra toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap and other items. We will stay here again.
