Lovely Condo with Amazing Mountain Views. It is Directly off the Parkway with Easy Access to All Local Attractions. There are Convenient Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Hot tub, Playgrounds, BBQ's and on the Trolley Route.

This One Bedroom Home Features: Hammock Swing, One King Master Bedroom and a Bunk Room off the Living Room. There is also a Double Futon for Additional Sleeping Spaces for Guests.

It is a Great Option for Young Families Looking to Enjoy Pigeon Forge.

The Property Features Indoor and Outdoor Pools and a Hot Tub.

We offer Leather Furniture as well as Upgraded Wood Flooring and Appliances. Free Wifi and Cable with HBO in all Rooms.

We Love the Area so much our Family Owns other Units:

There are lots of Choices that are just Steps or a Short Drive Away. You can spend your days Shopping at the Outlets, Hiking, Biking or Ski the Mountains. Go to Dollywood Theme Park or Splash Country Water Park. There are almost Endless Opportunities for Entertainment. Groceries are Available Nearby just a Mile away at Walmart or Kroger.

We are just over a mile from the New Convention Center & The Island. It is just over 3 miles to Dollywood. Only one mile to the Cal Ripken Experience.

We have Many Restaurants to choose from and several in Walking Distance. We're also close enough that you can walk to 3 Showcase Theaters: Biblical Times, Smith Family Theater and Country Tonight.

Our condo is on the 3rd floor and offers an elevator for easy access. The condo can be accessed by a wheelchair. The bathroom has extra wide doorways but is not a designated accessible bathroom.

Sorry, No Smoking inside and No Pets per the condo policy. Under the HOA, trailer parking is not allowed.

We keep our calendar in top right corner up to date. Please check the availability for immediate answers.

This home was so peaceful, beautiful, and clean. The indoor warm swimming pool, outdoor playground and walkway was utilized by our family. It was kept immaculate as well. We had an issue finding the correct contact for the HOA management team over the apartments due to an issue, but Mickey was able to reach out to them. And the doorhandle over the bunk closet door kept falling off as well- Mickey responded that it would be resolved. Which will be wonderful for the next occupants. The apartment/condo is so warm and inviting. It will definitely be a place we will visit again. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

Clean place to stay. We had trouble with our key lock, but when we called it was easily resolved. Thank you for letting my family stay! We appreciated the convience of the condo. In the middle of alot of restaurants and things to do. All though we got rained out of Dollywood having a safe place to stay makes a world of difference!

Pigeon Forge Perfection

We had a wonderful stay! The location is unbeatable-right in the heart of Pigeon Forge, yet it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The property was impeccably clean, which is saying something as I'm very particular about cleanliness. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and I would absolutely stay here again!!! Highly, highly recommend!!!

The condo was clean. The check in was easy. The owner was very nice. The living room furniture needed updating. It was not very comfortable. The jacuzzi tub needed to be cleaned. When the jets were turned on black flakes came out of the jets.

Another trip to PF !

We always like coming to Mountain View condos. Very nice and quiet and clean place. The condo was nice only thing was I wish it had ceiling fans and the bed was to firm for me and the front door needs replaced you can see outside at the bottom not very safe. We will be back.

‘Thumbs up.’

We enjoyed our stay. Reservations were easy. The condo was very clean. The microwave and refrigerator were extremely clean. Ample start up of soap, towels, detergents, etc. We were extremely satisfied with the kitchen staples, gadgets, dishes, and utensils. From previous reviews, I saw mention of one recliner needing work; it is just barely ‘hanging in there.’ There are several doors that are tight and hard to open or close including the ones at the window in the bedroom, and the ones to the bunk beds. Overhead lightbulb in the full bathroom needs to be replaced. The WiFi was extremely slow. Close to attractions, restaurants, and shows. Despite the minor issues, we would definitely stay there again. Comparing it to other places, I would still give it a 10.

Great vacation

The location was great! The property grounds were even better! It was perfect for our family of 6. My kids loved both pools and other amenities. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely come back!
