The house has a lot of space for a big group. Nice neighborhood. Beds are very comfortable. The pool and outdoor space are really nice for hanging out. The furniture by the pool definitely needs a refresh, and chairs need to be added to the area down by the water. There were a few issues that did not get resolved while we were there, but were communicated to the rental agent. Some items in the house could use some fixing and updating from overuse. Overall, a great space for a large group.

we called right away when we got there. There was a hose running in the pool and the pool was down in water around 14 to 18 inches. The water ran for a hole day and there was no notes or messages about why. We called our person listed on our stuff and her voice mail was full. Every day we called about stuff. All 3 propane tanks were empty the pool and hot tub did not work. The air conditioner did not work.Shades were missing from the window like pulled right out of the wall and one shade did not work at all. We left multiple messages and nothing from our person but messages from a number that said we will contact your represented for the house and nothing. Roelens Vacation Rentals did not do you any favors. this Isabella messaged someone at her company and they relayed the message to us. She said there was a leak in a valve. I have owned a pool for 30 years and if there was a leak you don't loose that much water. I don't know when this house was last rented out but it was very disappointing that we only booked this house on the pool and hot tub and the size as we were coming from wisconsin. We were all very dissapointed in what happened. Isabella finally contacted me by phone on Friday the day before we were leaving and said she sent me something about the pool on the Saturday that we flew in. She stated there might be a leak in the pool and will keep me posted. I never received this message as we were on the plane and my phone was in air plane mode. We called everyday and he

Family Getaway

Cape Coral Dolphins was in a quiet and well kept neighborhood. There was plenty of room for our party of 22. Kitchen was well equipped. Multiple areas in the house for the kids to entertain themselves. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic House

Our Family of 10, enjoyed the house, inside and outside had plenty of space for us to relax. We had a few minor issues, but they were quickly resolved. We would definitely stay here again.

home away from home

We have a group of women who go away 1-week a year and we always need a place to accommodate us. This was that place. We loved everything from the home itself to the people managing things. We had no issues at all and look forward to staying here again next year.

Great Big Family House

We had multiple families stay together and it worked great! There was plenty of space and bathrooms, the kitchen worked great to make big meals, the neighborhood felt safe and the kids loved the warm pool! Everyone had a great experience! Thank you!

Wonderful home. Saved our trip!

Spacious, beautiful place, was perfect for our large family getaway for 22. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty to do for the whole family including billiards, table tennis, darts, swimming, lounging by the pool or outside by the dock. Also, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking and eating utensils we needed which was very helpful for meal times. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Hope to come back again in the future.

“The house was generally clean and in good condition, but unfortunately our experience was greatly affected by the malfunctioning of the pool. From the day we arrived, the recirculation system was not working and remained that way throughout our stay, from Wednesday to Sunday. As a result, the pool became dirtier each day and the water ended up in unsafe conditions, which caused my children to get sick. When paying a considerable amount for a stay, the least one expects is that all facilities are in proper working order from the very first day. In addition, upon arrival we noticed that the trash bins were already full, which made it uncomfortable to handle our own waste during the stay. These issues were very disappointing, especially since we chose the property mainly to enjoy the pool. I recommend that management pay closer attention to these details so future guests do not have the same experience.”“I felt very disappointed during my stay because my vacation did not go as expected. The main feature, the pool, was not in proper condition, and this completely affected our experience. At one point, I even wanted to leave and request a refund, as the stay was not what had been promised nor what I expected for the amount paid. I also spoke with the assistant, who was very attentive, and I asked for at least a partial refund due to this major issue.”
