Other things to note:

No extra guests allowed without written approval

Children must be supervised AT ALL TIMES around the pool and canal areas.

Smoking is NOT allowed indoors or in the pool area. Smoking is allowed outdoors and cigarette butts must be extinguished and properly disposed of.

No loud noise, music, or parties. Noise must be kept to an acceptable level not to disturb the peaceful enjoyment of others. 10pm noise ordinance must be observed. ZERO TOLERANCE.

No glass allowed on pool deck - there are plastic cups provided.

Guests may not sit on indoor furniture with wet swimsuits/sunscreen.

Please do not leave doors and windows open when temperature is above 75* as the home is temperature controlled.

Gas grill is available, but guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed before use. Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. Please clean the grill after each use. If cleaning is needed by our cleaning team there will be an additional $50 cleaning fee.

Kayaks must be returned to the garden after each use. If left on the dock and the tide comes in, they could float away. If this happens there is a $400 fee for each kayak lost.

Do not touch or alter any pool equipment by the garden or change the preset settings on the wall control panel in the lanai, as these are strictly for service personnel only; any tampering can cause equipment damage, electrical issues, or disrupt the experience for future guests, and will result in a $500 fine. If you need help or have questions, please reach out to us.

There are security cameras on the property with outside views overlooking the driveway, front entrance, garden, canal/dock. All record video/audio 24/7. No cameras face the pool or are inside the home. Not actively monitored; used for safety and security. NO cameras face the pool or are inside. By booking, you agree to the presence of these outdoor cameras. Tempering with these cameras will result in $1000 fine.

Do not disconnect or temper with internet hubs.

No one under the legal age (21) may consume alcohol on premises.

DO NOT leave fire-pit unattended. Fire needs to be completely extinguished.

No candles inside house.

Alert us immediately if anything breaks.

Clean up spills and crumbs.

No pets. Pets without consent will result in $300 fine/pet, extra cleaning fees and damage repair cost if any.

Absolutely NO confetti. Any sign of confetti usage will result in $300 fine, extra cleaning fees, and pool cleaning fees if found in the pool.

Trash & Recycling:
Please use the brown and black bins for trash and the green bin for recycling. Kindly place recycling items directly into the green bin instead of putting them in plastic bags.
If you’re staying through Friday or the weekend, we kindly ask that you place trash and recycling bins at the curb for early Monday pickup.
For new arrivals, we’d greatly appreciate it if you could bring any bins left at the curb back to the side of the garage. Thank you!

Please refrain from attempting to open any locked closets, as they contain the owner’s belongings.

Other things to note:
Water information: Tap water in the home is safe for general use but is not filtered. For drinking, we recommend using the filtered water from the refrigerator.

However, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, seasonal changes to local attractions (such as beaches or parks), or service disruptions caused by utility providers (e.g., water, power, or internet outages). We appreciate your understanding and recommend checking local conditions prior to your stay.

A note about Florida’s natural environment:
We take pride in keeping our home clean and comfortable with monthly pest control and regular maintenance, but in Florida’s tropical climate, the occasional insect sighting is possible.
