The Great a-frame

We had a great stay, the property was clean, kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook with, and has an awesome gas fireplace outside! Communication with the host was great!

Fantastic stay

We had a great stay at Sunset Cove. The location was great- close enough to walk to the beach and an easy drive to many restaurants and attractions. One of my favorite parts was walking to the cutest coffee shop every morning. The house was cute, cozy, and clean and had everything we needed. The laundry room had everything we needed for the beach. The communication with the host was great and they even recommended a fantastic restaurant for us to try. Check in and check out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Second Stay

Second stay at this property and plan on more. Everything was good the home is always clean, easy check in and good communication. The only disappointment was the golf cart was not available this time.

Cozy and comfortable beach house

We stayed for several nights at this cozy and comfortable beach house. Everything was spotless and in good working order. The beds are super comfortable and there are plenty of bathrooms. We never had to wait for a shower. It's close to a beach entrance and everything we needed was conveniently close by. I can't say enough about this sweet beach home and would highly recommend!! Will be back for sure!!

We call this place our PCB home! We love staying at this house.

This place is our go to house when when we go to PCB! Walking distance to the beach and less than 5 min drive to the lower lagoon to rent pontoons, catch a ride to the island or have an amazing seat dinner! Having 3 bathrooms and hot water never running out with a large family is impressive. Everything you need is here- air fryer, crockpot, Keurig, grill, beach towels, toys, seriously just bring your clothes and sunscreen! Until next time PCB-

Roomy and 2 blocks from the beach!

This house has 3 full bathrooms! 2 downstairs and 1 upstairs. Full size refrigerator with freezer that has an ice maker. All your plates, cups, silverware, coffee cups, tupperware for leftover food. Beach towels for everyone one to use! ( We used 8 of them!) King size bed in master suite, which was a new memory foam mattress! We slept really good. I was really impressed with how roomy it was in this "A" frame house!

Great host! We had everything we needed to be tidy from the start (trash bags, dish soap etc) and could focus on relaxation. We were very comfortable in this clean house. There is a lot of space for organizing and storing belongings. 3 fully updated baths with tons of fresh towels made it convenient for our large family to clean up for dinner. They had a shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser in the upstairs shower. Each bathroom had 3 rolls of toilet paper. EASY!The kitchen is gorgeous and had everything we needed to cook a great meal indoor and outside. There were casserole dishes, plenty of cups, cascade pods, trash bags, and cleaning supplies to make it easy for us. The dishwasher worked, garbage disposal worked, internet worked, the smart TVs worked and the detached laundry room was great too. We didn’t worry about the FULL SIZE DRYER heating up the house. I can’t tell when this house was built because all the remodel and fresh decor is done so well. We walked to the beach and restaurants from here. There was a BEACH TROLLY with fat tires for pulling our cooler to the beach. We slept well and had a great time drinking coffee on the porch. I’d like to come back when it is cool and use the PROPANE FIRE TABLE. This is a great place to rest and spend time with friends and family.

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!

We had the absolute best time and Sunset Cove was the cutest place! It was perfect for our weekend getaway for my daughter's fall break. Although the golf cart wasn't working during our stay, it didn't matter. This house is a literal 5 minute walk to the beach. So convenient and off the main road so extra quiet. We love this end of PCB as it is less crowded and traffic isn't a concern. So crossing the road to get to the beach wasn't a big deal at all. Any communication we had with the host was prompt and super helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

Clean, Quiet, & Comfortable

Our experience was pretty great from start to finish. There were a few things that could’ve been cleaner so I’d offer the suggestion of someone to look behind the cleaners for things such as hairs in the bathroom, silverware that is not clean (since the dishwasher doesn’t reach out and scrub them lol), also pillowcases and that things get trapped in the corners and stay there without notice. For example, when taking the bedding off of the queen bed upstairs we found a used cigarette filter in the corner of the pillowcase when we removed the pillow. Not sure how long it had been in the pillow case as it was clean but this item was trapped in the corner. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again and recommend this quaint little place to others! The space in this house is used to the fullest extent possible and allows for separate areas for multiple people!

Pleasant Surprise

This was a last minute trip for us so it was hard to find a place to stay. We stumbled upon this place and we were pleasantly surprised! Nice a peaceful place to relax. The golf cart was a huge plus to get to the beach with ease! We will absolutely stay here again.

This cute A-frame was perfect for us and some friends! Easy walk across the street to the beach! Everything was bright, clean and fresh! All the needed kitchen items. They thought of many details: extra fan in each room, USB hookups, comfy porch chairs and fire pit, great laundry room.

Such a great location!! I’ve been going on vacation to PCBF All my Life . I can say from experience we’re you stay makes a big impact the vacation. This place is perfectly set up to make have fun and relaxing effortless! The inside is so clean and updated, outside the perfect place to relax and watch sunset and catch up with your family and friends! Family friendly beach fun!

Our family of four stayed in this beautiful beach house for vacation. Would highly recommend! The house has everything you need, very comfortable and can sleep way more than our small family. We loved that we could jump in the golf cart and be on the beach in less than 2 minutes. The beaches here are beautiful! White sand and clear blue water. We spent most of the time at the beach, but there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. Our family made lasting memories here. We can’t wait to go back!
