I had a wonderful stay at this place in Tavares. The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to checkout. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and the location made it simple to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay. I’d be happy to return on my next trip.

Low stress stay

This is a nice, quiet place to stay. It was conveniently located to Tavares where we were visiting with family.It’s very roomy and airy with a kitchen and two bathrooms. It was spotlessly clean when we checked in. There’s also a washer and dryer!All the appliances work and the Internet was fine. We would love to stay here again.

Very quiet community, clean apartment, location is close to lots of shopping and attractions. I never had to contact the host for anything. However I would have liked more pots to cook with and available space on the TV to log into my own apps.Other than that, we had a great time!

What comes to mind is incredibly uncomfortable and deceitful. We needed to make a quick booking and found this property which seemingly met our needs. The host immediately accepted the reservation and booked. What we thought would be a hassle-free experience was quickly found to be wrong. The host contacted me right away with the message that she was going to cancel as it was a listing mistake but would only reconsider if we paid more. Having a quick need and not many options, we agreed to an additional 200 - she demanded that she be paid outside of VRBO. The listing should clearly state that this property is in an Indian-focused RETIREMENT COMMUNITY and that you must not park in front of the condo, you need to park about a block away. If you don’t know that, someone will knock on your door at 9 p.m. and tell you the rules and that you must move or be towed. Also, be prepared to be stopped by residents of the community interrogating you about what you’re doing there. Then the condo. The only reason this stay doesn’t get 1 star is that it was clean. The “beds” were, without question, the most uncomfortable ever. It was so bad in the master bedroom that I investigated and verified my assumption that it is not a bed, it is a box spring. No mattress. I literally went to Walmart and bought two foam pads and a real pillow. The closet in the listing isn’t open to you, they put some cheap thing together for you. One trash bag, folding chairs…just cheap all over. Horrible place

We followed up with the owner, who would like to provide additional context regarding your stay:- Parking instructions and community guidelines are clearly outlined in the pre-arrival information sent to all guests, including designated guest parking areas.- The reservation became available due to an unexpected system issue. Rather than canceling and disrupting your holiday plans, we worked to accommodate your stay. All booking decisions were confirmed prior to arrival.- The primary bedroom is furnished with a standard mattress purchased from a mattress retailer, and both bedrooms include dedicated closet space for guest use.- The home is equipped with furnishings and amenities intended to support a comfortable stay, including additional items for flexibility and convenience.We appreciate you noting the cleanliness of the home and value all guest feedback, as it helps ensure clarity and consistency for future stays.

Nice space, clean, good instructions on getting into place. A lot of new construction so the “gated” community is not in effect. The bedding and towels are thin and worn down. I brought my own bedding I was thankful. Cooking utensils and dishes, are limited. The beds are more like cots. Great living space nice TV. 11 miles from Mt Dora and 3-5 from Tavares. Several restaurants and a grocery store near by.

Condo was comfortable and in great condition. Communication issues were due to the contact listed was no longer working for them. None the less, that person helped solve a question but then did not follow up on other questions. Condo was lacking pots and pans and paper towels but we managed work arounds. Overall we were satisfied and would stay again if the situation arises.

The directions for arrival were spot on however the main entrance is closed so we had to drive through neighborhood to get to place, so this is a non gated community. Once inside clean, we did not use any appliances however the oven was super messy, the contact person was responsive. The beds are more like cots so bring your own pillows, all towels and linens are extremely used. Looking through dishes very few so cooking and eating may be difficult. Great distance to Tavares and Mt Dora. Great closet space, walls are thin so you hear all, even your roommates snoring 😴 There is a sofa bed. Would we stay again possibly.

The location was excellent for my purposes. In town for a volleyball tournament that was right up the street. Also the place is cute while very minimally furnished. However, somethings made for a less than stellar experience. There was no extra toilet paper. Once whatever was on the roll was gone, we were on our own. The beds and bedding, while they did serve the purpose, were not very comfortable. I thought that might be the case so we traveled with our own pillows and blanket. Also, there is an expextation that you clean up before leaving (with the threat of additional charges), but the master bathroom shower was not clean... not as one would expect. Lastly, I didn't feel the instructions were very clear on where to take the garbage to dump it. We think we found the right place but it wasn't where we were looking, based on the instructions. So, if you are pretty local and can bring things like paper products and bedding to comfort, or don't mind running up to Publix for some things. You'll like this place. Just be prepared for BARE MINIMUM.

We have had numerous guests who have enjoyed the property and all we offer. We have received many kind words and 5-star reviews. - We wish you had reached out if you ran out of TP, we keep extras under the cabinet and also on the tank. If you had let us know we could have delivered more to you. - While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, mattress and bedding taste is subjective, and we have never received any complaints about this in the past. We're sorry these didn't meet your preferences. - We have verified with Evolve and the check-out list is standard to most short-term rentals. We do not ask for more than what is normally expected. We ask that the property be in the same condition as you received it. We did talk to the cleaner who does a wonderful job and they were hurt because they work very hard to ensure the property is 100% clean, sanitized, and guest-ready. - There is a community trash bin in front of the complex if you couldn't find it we would have been happy to let you know where it was.We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Boat friendly and easy access a must stay.

This property is conveniently located to both Dora and Eustis boat ramps are both less than 10 minutes away. Was able to park my boat and truck right in front of the house and there was power available to recharge. What is close by for food with 5 min, Publix, Taco Bell, Subway, McDonald’s. The house was comfortable, plenty of space, and looked new on the inside. The beds are a little low to the ground but comfortable. This was my second trip to the Leesburg Tavares area and this will be the only place I will stay when I return to the area. There was another boater the next house over and I think we found a hidden gem of a place to stay.

Overall good

We arrived and found the condo fairly quickly. It was easy to enter, however a lot of dead bugs in the garage-but none noticed anywhere in the condo. The condo was perfect for our stay, with the exception of the bedding- our suggestion would be to purchase white linen and towels/washcloths- this is a very simple/inexpensive way of improving our stay. We ended up purchasing sheets from target, for our stay. The condo was overall a good place to stay and we would recommend it and would stay here again

Relaxing environment, convenient location to places we visited, clean and comfortable.

We completely enjoyed our stay. It was conveniently located to our destinations that we visited. With it being a new property, it made it extra nice. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
