The cottage offers 2 cozy bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a serene, fully-fenced yard. Relax in the hammock under the palm trees, gaze at the stars, or explore the vibrant downtown area with its events, shops, dining, and stunning Lake Dora sunsets. Nearby, enjoy kayaking, freshwater springs, trails, parks, and much more!

The space: This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home features a fully-fenced yard and an additional efficiency guesthouse in the backyard for 2 guests, also available for booking. The shared yard provides ample space for gatherings while ensuring some privacy.

During my part-time stays, I've found the guesthouse occupants to be pleasant and mostly out and about.

The property offers driveway parking for up to 2 cars on the right side and is located on a dead-end street, ensuring no through traffic. Street parking is acceptable, but please avoid parking in front of the mailbox.
