If you can peel yourself out of bed in the early mornings; you would be greeted with the most spectacular sunrises seen directly from the master. There is also direct access to the balcony from the master bedroom. The guest bedroom, located at the front of the condo, is furnished with 2 queen size beds and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom, with an aesthetically pleasing design, is mere steps away and has a tub/shower combination.

The Gated Community of Amelia By the Sea, offers an 800 foot private pier, a pool, tennis courts, charcoal grills, outdoor seating, free parking with a limit of 2 spaces per condo. The Downtown Historic District is a short 10 minute drive away. Please enjoy the local shops, museums, community theater, casual, and fine dining when visiting the Historic District. Egan's Creek Greenway and Fort Clinch State Park are approximately 5 minutes away. The 27-hole Fernandina Beach Golf Course is just a mile away.

We're excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to come.

The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.

Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No work will take place on weekends
To thank you for your understanding during this improvement period, a discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied to your stay. Please note that no additional discounts will be available, and no refunds are offered for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
