Beautiful Home!

We loved staying at Wild Horses! The home was so welcoming, comfortable and beautiful! The community of Carlton Landing is spectacular and we can't wait to go back!

Location, location, location!

Perfect home for our family. Enjoyed walking everywhere from The meeting place to the pools, marina, food airstreams and Mama Teigs. Perfect weekend getaway for Father’s Day! We will be back!

Love this beautiful home in the coolest community

Wild Horses was everything we needed for a relaxing new year getaway! We enjoyed the fire places in both the living room and screened in porch, the large well stocked kitchen, and the comfortable and clean bedrooms. Carlton Landing is such a great place to come with our family. We’ll definitely visit again!

Fun Family Get-Awsy

Our family lived the Wild Horses property at Carleton Landing! The house was beautiful and accommodated our large family. The location was convenient to all the amenities Carleton Landing has to offer.

Great stay at wild horses!

We had a wonderful stay at Wild Horses with our two families. The property is in a great location close to coffee shop and pizza place and near the lake. They have a wonderful screened in porch with a fireplace we enjoyed in the evenings. The home was beautiful and stocked with all the basics, including a highchair and pack and play for the kids. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Great home

Loved it all. The master bedroom in the first floor is amazing but the mattress is extremely uncomfortable.

Perfect

We loved everything about the house. It had everything we needed for an older group of eight adults. The one caveat was climbing out the bunkbeds. Perhaps leave the bunkbeds for younger folks. My husband and I loved our beds.

Great house, great location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It’s centrally located. Close to two of the pools and The Meeting House. The house is adorably decorated with blackout curtains in all the rooms which is a huge bonus. There were sound machines in every room as well. We had one maintenance issue with the AC it was resolved quickly after a call to the property manager. Overall a really great stay and one of our favorite homes we’ve rented at Carlton Landing. We would definitely use again.

Andring Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the place was very good. The only negative is that the owner used the closest in the master for their personal use and was locked. Therefore there was no place to hang up our cloth. This would have been ok if they would have provide a temporary cloth hanging rack in the bdrm or bathroom.

Could make a few improvements

Location can’t be beat! It was close to everything we did! Downstairs Master bed was amazing, twins and full beds were not, hard. Upstairs claw tub shower needs anti slip pad, and was small for large adults to shower. Kitchen was decently stocked, but it would be nice if there were real kitchen towels, Not just paper towels. And, and Air fryer. All outdoor furniture was great, loved the screened in porch and swing on front porch.

The rooms and beds were great, AC worked very good in the heat of summer. We did have an issue with the refrigerator not cooling down but the property management company was very responsive. We did not get any cell phone service at this house. We had to call the property management company to reset the wifi router but still dis not get any wifi during our stay. We would definitely book this house again.

a quick getaway

Reviewer Comments: very satisfied overall.....will probably return again...but, I have one major concern, noisy, of course, due to construction....but, why not have the landscape maintenance companyies go battery...much quieter...this has been required now in some states, cities and POA's...every morning back pack gas blowing off sidewalks and then the mowers on one day....but,everyday the blowers...why not require battery...Note, it will be that way in the next 5 years anyway...why not get ahead in the game

This is such a lovely home! Thoughtfully designed to host our whole family, with lots of living spaces and room to relax. It had everything we needed and is very comfortable. It's centrally located and yet quiet enough for naps, even on a busy holiday weekend. The screened in porch was a great play area for the kids, with toys supplied. The adults also enjoyed this beautiful vacation home. Such a wonderful place to gather, relax and unwind. Thank you!

Location was perfect and close to everything. Steps from one of the pools and the Meeting House. Property was very well maintained. We had one issue with the garbage disposal, but we made a phone call and it was repaired within a couple hours. My children are already asking to stay at this house again.

Family Vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Carlton Landing amenities including the pools, restaurants, and water activities were all used by our family during our stay. Vendors recommended by LakeStay accommodated us as well and we were extremely pleased by their services. We were disappointed not find a park for our toddlers, with playground equipment or swing. The park that we located was overgrown and not well maintained, which was disappointing. We used the School playground, however it did not accommodate our toddlers, as the equipment was meant for older children.We were excited about the house we chose, Wild Horses, as we thought it would serve us well. We found it difficult to use the 2nd floor middle bath due to the shower setup by way of the claw foot tub. Also, we were disappointed by the lack of basic Kitchen cooking utensils and serving utensils.

East coast feel in OK

Property was beautiful, clean and suited our two families wonderfully. The location was perfect, close to the lake, pool, The Pantry and the Meeting House. We were able to rent a golf cart for extra ease of getting around the community. We would definitely stay here again.
