First time visit
A room was booked months in advance. When we arrive, there was layers of dust on all furniture. Like the room had not been rented for months. Both toilets backed up during our stay. The staff did send up a cleaning crew and they did a good job. The staff also sent up a plumber to snake both toilets at two separate times. The rest of our vacation was enjoyable. staff was very friendly and accommodating. I am shocked that the room was not prepared considering the amount of time it was booked.
