Step inside and you'll find a spacious living area, perfect for family gatherings or quiet evenings. The modern, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook up a feast, complete with a dishwasher to make clean-up a breeze. For your comfort, the villa features a chiropractic mattress, ensuring you wake up refreshed and ready for the day. Convenience is at your fingertips with a laundry that includes both a washer and dryer.

Outside, the large deck and beautifully landscaped gardens create an inviting space for outdoor entertaining. Whether you’re hosting a BBQ or simply soaking in the fresh sea breeze, the outdoor areas are designed for relaxation.

Year-round comfort is assured with a central split system in the main living area, while a portable heater keeps the bedroom cozy. Please note, that the fireplace is currently not in use as a flue is not installed.

Proton 4 Deluxe Villa is perfectly situated just a short stroll from the beach, offering endless opportunities for sun, sand, and surf. Located in a quiet residential street, it’s an ideal setting for mature guests seeking a peaceful retreat. We ask that you respect our neighbours, as loud parties are not permitted.

GUEST ACCESS
This home sleeps six guests across three bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 – 1 x Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 – 1 x Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3 – 1 x King Bed (Sleeps 2)


What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:
BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing.

For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours’ notice as last-minute requests may not be possible.

Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

Please note, that the beds are top-of-the-line, orthopedic pillowtop pocket spring beds for back sufferers.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we reserve the right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home. Therefore, unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the house quickly.
