Pool is awesome and hot tub was great, but could use some updating. Double kitchen is difficult for large family trying to eat together. House was nice and rooms were clean. Also close to attractions and shops in Carolina Beach.

Property is very nice. Location, well, is not so appealing. Looks like a condemned single wide next door. The walk to beach would be a long one along the main road. Had to drive daily. Otherwise house is fantastic. One could stay there and not leave…

The house was very spacious and well kept. Unfortunately we could utilize the pool due to broken piece which was replaced but the pool had been sitting with no filter and the alge was too much. Hot tub was great and the management company was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely recommend !!

The house was amazing and exactly what we needed for our girls trip. It’s a good distance from the beach and other activities. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were not ready or cleaned when we arrived, and were not clean until the day we left so we were unable to use that for the duration of our stay. The host was hard to get in contact with the majority of the time.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear the home was a great fit for your girls' trip and that you enjoyed the property and its location. We sincerely apologize for the issues with the pool and hot tub during your stay. Once the concern was reported, we remained in regular communication with your group and immediately scheduled our pool vendor to service the property. We were advised the vendor would be there the following day; however, they unfortunately did not arrive as scheduled, which further delayed resolution of the issue. While we understand the disappointment of not being able to fully enjoy this amenity, we worked closely with your group throughout the stay regarding the pool, occupancy questions, and the compensation process. In recognition of the loss of use of the pool and hot tub, a partial refund was issued. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the process and thank you for choosing Bryant Real Estate.

Impressed with the amount of sleeping space and large compacity of the house. The private pool and hot tub did not disappoint my family. We will look to rent this house again for our future family trips.

Friends Getaway

We had such an awesome time at Pool Oasis! The home had a very unique layout, but was great for our kids and families to have plenty of room to relax and play! The pool area was absolutely stunning, and was shaded to enjoy even during the hottest part of the day. The house is conveniently located to the beach and boardwalk attractions, but the public boat ramp too! Highly recommend for families of all ages, and friend groups as well!

The pool was not cleaned prior to my arrival, with visible debris and a lack of proper maintenance. Additionally, the hot tub was not cleaned and was completely unusable during my stay. Despite these issues, the house itself was very spacious, well-laid-out, and comfortable, providing a pleasant indoor experience overall.

Pool Oasis did not disappoint

I was a little dissappointed we could not see the intercoastal waterway, it was difficult to interpret from the map. But the pool did not disappoint. When we needed something, Bryant Reality was tight there to help. Be prepared to drive to the beach and pay for parking. Overall great experience.

Entry code was an issue & had to call 3 seperate occasions to get a new code because we were locked out. Not convenient, we were lucky the weather was nice while we waited outside.I texted that the bunk bed needs additonal support slats because its bowing in the center & the upstairs large bathroom towl ring is falling out of the sheetrock. The kitchen supplies need to be sorted through & many gotten rid of, there's just lids to cups & pans there that don't belong. Location, cleanliness were great.

The property has enough room and pool is amazing. Hot tub only worked part of the time, the full size beds are extremely warm out and squeak like crazy. They could use a bug person on the lower level there were spiders and lizards. Overall we would definitely go back just hope they have a better cleaning company

Graduation family get together

Pool and backyard very nice. Downstairs dining and living area had poor lighting. Kitchen very dark.Only large table here . Upstairs kitchen much nicer but not enough seating for the 7 of us. Also downstairs very stuffy. Granddaughter loved the pool and we made s’mores using Fire pit. Ok for a few days but would not want to use for longer.Stairs difficult for several of us. Pool and backyard definitely made this place a better stay.
