Welcome to the Swanky Seahorse! This is a 2023 three story luxury townhome featuring a 14x30 pool with a spillover spa. 2nd row at the north end of Carolina Beach with beautiful ocean views. Features five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and an elevator to all floors. The two master suites facing the ocean feature king size beds and custom walk in showers. The third rear facing master bedroom features a king bed and a large balcony. The fourth bedroom features a king bed and a twin. The fifth bedroom is a bunk room with a bunk bed with trundle, sleeping three. Beach access is 100 ft down the street.

We had an amazing weekend at this property, it was so close to the beach and Brian was great at answering all questions we had. Our only complaint was that it should be known the pool is shared with the neighbor and that you could only swim from 10am -10pm. Other than that the rooms were spacious and the house came with all the amenities we needed.

We loved the Swanky Seahorse!! The house is beautiful and clean. The owner is extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. We greatly enjoyed the pool and hot tub and proximity to the beach.

Family

This house was great for our family. We were able to have our children and grandchildren all in one place. Lots of room for the whole family to enjoy each others company. The pool was very nice and well kept. The walk to the beach access was convenient even with littles. If your walker it was great to be able to walk to the broad walk.

Great place with a perfect location

Swanky seahorse was a great rental. Lots of space and close location to the beach. We loved having the elevator for convenience for hauling things upstairs. The pool and spa were great and a perfect retreat at the end of the day. Brian was very attentive and responded quickly to messages. Would definitely stay here again!

Swanky, alright, but not accommodating

Six friends over 65 looked forward to this weeklong beach holiday. However, we found a number of accommodations lacking: no chairs, tables, chest of drawers or even luggage racks in the bedrooms; insufficient bedside tables, no bedside lamps and not even hangers in the closets. So we lived out of our suitcases on the floor. Very poor, and frankly at this price, insulting. The elevator was fussy and occasionally required that we climb the long, steep stairs. We knew the pool was unheated, but we were very disappointed to find the hot tub was rarely hot. Kitchen items were inadequate.The house was attractive and very clean with totally automated systems which allowed the host to be remote. But had the host been attentive or on hand, these issues might have been rectified.

Swanky Seahorse was just right for our family vacation! It is close to the beach and pier, and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool. It was very clean and comfortable.

Swanky Seahorse was a great place for our family spring break. Very clean and lots of room, and the kids really enjoyed the pool and proximity to the beach!

Great Location!

House was in a great location near the beach and other activities. Worked out perfectly for a larger group. The pool was a nice amenity as well as the elevator. The house was very clean and the host was accommodating.

Beautiful Large House

The house was beautiful and spacious! Comfortably accommodated 12 adults! It is equipped with modern technology/appliances and has an overall new and clean feel to it. We loved the kitchen space and hanging out on the porch. Only minor complaint is the beach was crowded where the house is at. It also would have been nice if the house was more stocked with basic things such as soaps, more dishes, etc. Overall, I would absolutely recommend the stay!

Awesome Stay

My family and I stayed at this property for a few days and had a wonderful experience. It is in a great location! The home was clean and well organized. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable. Brian was an awesome host and was very responsive and answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay again!
