New carpet, flooring, doors and paint as of June 2023! Beaver Village 11-32 by Mountain Vacation Lodging is the perfect location for your mountain holiday. It's just a very short free bus ride from Winter Park Resort or a quick walk to the shops and restaurants of downtown Winter Park. Luckily guests can also access National Forest hiking, biking and snowshoeing trails from the property, no vehicle needed . The complex provides guests with multiple hot tubs, a heated pool and a sauna where you can unwind after a day on the slopes. The unit itself has a diverse bedding arrangement that would allow for multiple families, a few couples or a responsible group of singles. There is a great gas fireplace in the living room that can be enjoyed by those on the sleeper sofa couch as well as providing a nice view for the cook in the kitchen. If guests all want to watch tv together they can use the large HDTV in the living room or if everyone has their own agenda, they can split up and utilize the cable equipped TV's in each of the bedrooms.
The Property:
From the outdoor parking area you'll walk up to the third/top floor to reach the condo. The penthouse level ensures great views and no noise from any neighbors above. The main level is an open floor concept where one can chat with guests in the living room while cooking in the kitchen or eating at the dining table. In the living room there is a cable equipped HDTV above the cozy gas fireplace. Moving on, the kitchen that has everything you'll need to prepare a great meal. If you have any questions on kitchen appliance specifics please feel free to reach out to our team of trained vacation rental specialists. Bedroom 1 has a King bed, cable TV and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, cable TV and a shared bathroom. Bedroom 3 has 2 bunk beds, both twin over full, cable TV and a shared bathroom. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combo.
Location, Facilities, & Parking:
This location is perfect for all seasons. Winter Park is known for it's skiing but the mountain biking, river activities, hiking, etc. are also world class. You can easily walk the 2 or so blocks from this condo to the town of Winter Park to enjoy the restaurants, shops, etc. The free bus, that will take you to Winter Park Resort and around town, picks up just in front of the building so is extremely convenient. Parking at this complex is free outdoor parking not far from the front of the building. The complex has many amenities for guests to use including an indoor heated pool, 3 hot tubs, a sauna and a coin operated laundry facility.
Arrival and Access:
Once you book, we're here to support you. We offer professional concierge services, provide you with arrival instructions, and answers to any specific questions you might have. To enter the unit you'll walk up two flights of stairs to the front door of the condo, which is on the top or 3rd floor. There are no elevators to access at this complex.
