- NOTE: Central A/C is provided, however, please note that there is no ventilation duct in the upstairs areas. Fans are provided for those areas. Opening windows, turning fans on, and/or lowering the A/C temperature will help to keep those areas cool during warmer months. Two baseboard heaters controlled by a thermostat that is available in the upstairs bedroom for heating during cooler weather
- NOTE: Guests are allowed to have up to the maximum occupancy of the listing at the location at all times
- NOTE: The railing in the loft area is an open rail type and although we have taken steps to minimize openings, it may not be considered child safe. Young children should be supervised at all times when upstairs
- NOTE: Driveways, parking areas, decks, etc. may be slippery during wet conditions. Proceed with caution
