Petite mais confortable cabine de trois chambres et une salle de bains pour 7 personnes. La cabine présente du pin noueux et une décoration rustique. Endroit parfait pour votre prochaine escapade de chasse, de pêche ou de motoneige! Les draps sont fournis et de nombreuses serviettes sont disponibles.
La première et la deuxième chambre ont toutes deux des lits queen-size confortables, la troisième chambre dispose d'un nouveau lit double et d'un matelas. Dormez deux autres sur le canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Foyer électrique dans le salon pour une expérience chaleureuse dans le nord. Nous avons ajouté un climatiseur de fenêtre et chaque chambre a un ventilateur sur pied. Une chambre a également une télévision.

Internet haute vitesse (Wi-Fi) avec forfait câble

Foyer situé à l'arrière de la propriété pouvant accueillir quatre personnes. Grill à charbon Park Style disponible près du foyer. Magnifique marché à distance de marche pour ramasser tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un excellent barbecue! Le climatiseur de fenêtre a été récemment installé ainsi qu'une clôture privée dans la cour arrière pour une plus grande intimité au foyer ou au barbecue.

REMARQUER!!: La maison est située au large de la M-55 (Caberfae Hwy). Bien qu'il soit en retrait de la route, il fait front sur une autoroute. Wellston EST une petite ville avec un trafic normal, mais les étés et les week-ends de vacances sont occupés. Il y a aussi une «route» derrière la propriété qui est un sentier saisonnier qui n'est pas entretenu par le comté. Peu voyagé, sauf pour les week-ends de vacances. Aucun remboursement ne sera accordé en raison de son emplacement sur l'autoroute, comme cela est clairement indiqué dans cette liste.
La maison est située au centre de Wellston, Mi. Juste en bas de la route depuis le barrage Tippy / Backwaters Tippy, la rivière Big Manistee et la rivière Pine. Grand stationnement adjacent pour les étapes de motoneige! Montez directement en motoneige pour sortir de la cabine !!

Près de Manistee, Cadillac et Traverse City pour faire du shopping. Station de ski de Crystal Mountain / Caberfae Peaks. Crystal Mountain Resort possède également un très beau spa! Visitez Sand Lake pour une belle baignade propre, arrêtez-vous au Dublin General Store pour certains de leurs célèbres Jerky, faites du kayak ou flottez sur la rivière, ou faites un bon barbecue! Very cute cabin in was in the perfect location for what we needed. Very well stocked with linens.

Very nice, clean cabin. We didn't have any hot water the first morning. I contacted the owner and she had it fixed within an hour. The cabin is well stocked with all the essentials.

Hi James, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that you thought there was a dryer at this location. We do not have a dryer and have not had one in the past. There's a laundromat nearby and I do have an office nearby with a washer/dryer that I typically offer to guests who are staying for a week or longer. I'm sorry to assume you wouldn't need it during your stay, otherwise I would have offered. Thank you for staying with us and I hope to exceed all of your expectations if you should decide to book with us again!

great cabin for the price, close to the Manistee River, the Pine River, & lots of canoeing & hiking

The owner was great to communicate with, and really cares about the guests. The cabin was VERY clean and nicely decorated. I asked if the cabin had a waffle maker or blender, and although the cabin didn't have these kitchen appliances when I inquired, the owner went out and bought them just to make our stay more enjoyable. She is probably one of the best owners in the whole Home Away network!

Perfect central location

My husband and our two small dogs stayed here for 4 nights in mid August. During our stay we made day trips to mission and traverse city for wine tasting, ludington, sleeping bear dunes, coenoing in honor, and Leland (we were very busy). This cabin was in a perfect location and only an hour away or so from everything we wanted to do. Alicia was also great working with. She was easy to get ahold of and made sure our trip was enjoyable. She even let us do a late checkout the last day so we could spend the day in manistee before heading home.

Such a cute, cozy cabin! Great location, perfect for snowmobilers!

Everything about our stay was amazing! Alicia is truly a pleasant, patient, kind and thoughtful person. The warm, cozy three bedroom cabin was spacious for our group staying to ride snowmobiles in the area. With trail access right out the back door, a gas station and little market store with all the amenities close by, the location of the cabin couldn't have been more perfect! Parking the trailers wasn't an issue at all. Plenty of space in the allotted area. My expectations of the details inside the cabin were far exceeded! The decor throughout the entire cabin was so thoughtfully picked out. I was entertained simply by going over the details of all the details! For someone who likes to entertain guests and cook, the openness of the kitchen and counter space was spacious enough to do just that. Really happy with our stay and will undoubtedly be back for all seasons, especially the winter season!

Disappointed and I won’t stay there again

There was a mouse or something in the house, wall or attic. You could definitely hear something and there was a horrible smell due to a dead and decaying rodent in there too. The owner did bring a mouse trap upon my request but didn’t offer any compensation on the price for our part in dealing with that mess. It was a long four days there and caused both my spouse and I restless nights sleep.

Thank you for the review. Upon check out and since your check out, we have not been able to duplicate the smell or the noise. We are not positive what you experienced. Additionally, I did offer to have someone look into the issue but you declined and it didn't really sound like it was bothering you too much. Had I known it was keeping you and your husband from sleeping, I would have insisted upon checking this issue out. You seemed more concerned with the possibility of a loose mouse than anything else- which we additionally have found no evidence of. I'd recommend communicating any issues to the homeowner clearer in the future so that they are given the opportunity to improve. We did everything that you requested. I'm very sorry for your experience but I'm disappointed that you did not allow us to check it out for ourselves at the time it was occurring so that we could remedy it.

This property fit our needs perfectly. My 82-year-old mother was very impressed. She did ask about a handrail for the steps but everything else was better than she expected. Alisha was a perfect hostess, and I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

My husband and I have lived in the area for around 30 years and have spent those years investing and encouraging business development. I am the Executive Director of our local Non-Profit Tourism and Business Development Organization and fully enjoy seeing our area prosper. We have a few vacation rental homes that I manage and I am also a REALTOR and Property Manager for Big River Properties . We also operate a small motel- The Black Bear Inn, an apartment building, an automotive repair facility, and a handful of long term rentals. We have three children who help us (even when they don't want to) run these businesses and hopefully one day will share our passion for creating economic development in rural areas.

This cabin is centrally located. Close to The Big Manistee River, The Tippy Dam and Backwaters, Lake Michigan is a 20 minute drive. Small convenience store with tons of groceries, a deli and delicious meat case within walking distance! Newly rebuilt Dublin General Store only a few miles away!
