Sensational Sunset View

Great location on Tiger Tail Beach. The view from the balcony was amazing, especially at sunset. The host was responsive and friendly with check in/out directions and information. The kitchen could use updating but was very clean. The linens were top quality and clean with a very comfortable master bed. We have already booked another stay next year!!

these condo towers are very well run and the beach is right there - so wonderful - the pool is very popular as well. the unit is comfortable and there are great views of the setting sun. everything you might need for the beach is provided which is most helpful. and anything you might want (groceries, etc) is a few minutes drive away...a very easy vacation

Clean and Great Location

The unit was very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect for a family vacation with children. The beach was beautiful and the beach gear was appreciated. The pull out couch was out of order, which we were counting on for sleeping, so that was a huge bummer. The kitchen appliances have been updated from the picture. I did not have luck hearing back from the property manager.

Great location - strict pool rules

We enjoyed the condo and beach. The pool unfortunately was heavily watched and there were no snacks or pool toys allowed. The heater may not have been working a few days as the water was pretty cold. There many people scolded while we were there for bringing chips, balls, and floaties to the pool area also. The complex is well maintained and lots of great food choices on the island. We especially liked Ori’s empanadas and Lee Be’s grouper sandwiches.

Everything We Needed for a Beautiful Marco Island Getaway!

The condo is in ideal location on the island. Nice pool (no hot tub) and short jaunt to beach - the white sand beach is quite wide on this part of island. Host had beach cart, beach chairs and umbrella for our days at the gulf plus more than enough beach towels. A bigger cooler might have been nice but we managed just fine. View from 17th floor was nice and the elevator wait times were surprisingly not bad. Beds and showers get a good grade! Plenty of towels and extra pillows. And it was nice to have a TV in both bedrooms as well as living room. Laundry room was at end of hall but we only used dryer for beach towels. Kitchen had small appliances (coffee pot, toaster oven, blender). Overall, we enjoyed staying at this condo. The hosts were accessible by text and email and allowed us to check out later due to our flight schedule. We would stay again.

Marco Island- South Seas Resort

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo. The view off the balcony was breathtaking in the evening. The convenience of being on the beach was great. We had no issues with anything. Everyone we met was super friendly. They are in the middle of construction so the hallway to the condo is a bit beat up but it did not bother us at all and we had no noise issues from that. The beach cart and chairs were super helpful along with extra towels and noodles for the pool which was just as refreshing. We will definitely be back.
