Lovely family home

It was wonderful having a space for our family to spread out. We have a toddlerSo the small playroom was great! He had a blast playing up there. The kitchen items available were so helpful as well as the few staples availableTo us in the fridge at check in. It was a lovely stay with lovely hosts! We will stay again for sure when we are in the area visiting family.

We loved our stay at this home. It was within walking distance or a short drive to Adrian College. Rented the home for Family Weekend at AC. The hosts thought of everything, from eggs, milk, coffee, tea, and snacks for convenience. There were plenty of towels for everyone along with body wash and shampoo. We had a camp fire the two nights we stayed and was a good way to end the days. We loved this home and will rent again.

This house is so cute and worked very well for the family. There was enough room for everyone to have their own space. The host was very friendly and accommodating.

Cozy

Older home with alot of charm! It felt cozy and was in a very quiet neighborhood. There was alot of hospitality throughout. If I had to state a couple negatives one would be that the host has access to the locked basement (that they say they use for storage) from the outside but they live in a big house next door and have a big locked shed out back. That part seemed a little strange but I didn't notice if anyone was in the basement if they were. The host were outside hanging out and their dog ran up to my daughter and when she bent down to attempt to pet him she was rudely told not to pet him despite him running up to her?? But again the house is nicely kept.

A wonderful and comfortable stay

With all the creature comforts, this was a perfect place for our visit to Adrian. The neighborhood was quiet, filled with wonderful homes and located a short walking distance to Adrian College. Enjoyed each evening relaxing on the porch and watching traffic go by. Garry and Valorie were responsive, thoughtful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

Honey comfortable stay

Very welcoming, clean and homey. I’ve touched like snacks, coffee and other thoughtful food items. Hosts were quick to respond. Very convenient for my son’s wedding in Tecumseh.

Wedding Weekend

We rented this home for our family on the occasion of our son's wedding. It was just the right place for us and our adult kids to come from different states to spend the weekend together for the exciting event. We could hang out leisurely, go for walks through the neighborhood, even watch the Olympics as we wound down after the Rehearsal and Ceremony. Gary and Valerie are attentive and gracious hosts!

Excellent place to stay!

We have stayed in multiple rentals but the hospitality here was second to none! The snacks were a huge hit with my son. The coffee was my blessing. The neighborhood is peaceful and was so relaxing to sit on the porch with my morning coffee. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for the awesome stay!

Weekend stay

House is too small for 7 people. No room in kitchen to have a meal for more than 4 people, and even then it would be a tight squeeze. There is absolutely zero electrical outlets at any of the bedrooms, so forget about charging any of your electronic devices or having a sleep apnea machine near your bed. The stairs are unlikely up to code. They are extremely narrow and steep, so anybody with young children, or with difficulty walking, could not ascend those stairs. Living space is very small and uncomfortable. There are two small loveseats that could only hold four people even though the house is advertised to sleep seven there is insufficient room to entertain 7. There is not even room to bring extra chairs in there even if there were some available. Coin operated laundry machine was advertised and not at home. Host said that is what Evolve did & took no responsibility for it. The welcome book informed that they had access to the basement from the outside and would frequently gain access to the basement as needed. This is concerning and made me feel uncomfortable that someone else would be in the home and could have access to the main floor. There were dust bunnies in the corners and while looking for outlets found a Qtip behind a table. But overall house was clean and bathrooms had plenty accommodations - towels & toiletries. Communication was slow but were responsive.

Perfect place to stay

If you're going to Adrian or the surrounding areas this is the perfect spot. The house has everything you need, the neighborhood is quiet, and it's a good area to walk around. Next time we're going to Adrian and need a place to stay, this is exactly where we'll be.

Perfect House for our visit to Adrian

This nice blue house became our home away from home during our Thanksgiving visit to family in Adrian. It was a very pleasant house in a quiet neighborhood. The hostess lives next door, although we never needed anything. Everything was clean and well prepared for our stay. We would gladly stay there again!

Comfy and charming

Such a wonderful weekend celebrating our granddaughter's graduation with family and friends. Our hosts were so gracious. They anticipated and accommodated our needs with kindness. The home is adorably styled with artistic flair. Too many things to brag about to list in this small space. You've just have to trust us and book a stay!
