Nice cabin for quick family trip

Overall, we had a great time at the cabin. The kids LOVED the yard and hills, just wish we had more time to enjoy the yard. Host was great!

The cabin was great! The stay was excellent. Getting out in the high winds/rain to open and close the 2 interior gates not so good.

Beautiful

Was a beautiful place and quite. Would rent again when back in area. Highly recommend. Place was clean and had everything you need 🙂 grocery store is not far away in Sparta. The pond was a big plus and all the decks around house was nice 🙂

We have rented many times for years thru VRBO and of all the properties we have stayed, this is the only one that I would not rent again.

Wonderful Fall Weekend Getaway

We loved our stay at the cabin! Beautiful cabin, decor and comfy beds! Nice quiet area. Only request would be to provide more towels and washcloths for each day. There was only one washcloth per person for our stay from Friday-Sunday. It would be nice to have enough linens to do so without having to wash a load of towels during our short vacation. Overall we loved the cabin and hope to return in the future.

Great Cabin, a few issues.

So I want to start by saying this was an absolutely gorgeous property and cabin. The decorations were awesome and we loved the private pond within walking distance. Had a ton of outdoor seating so we could enjoy the views or eat outside. The swimming pool was closed our entire stay. This was one of the main reasons we chose this cabin as our children have been begging to go swimming and it was said in the MAIN description that there was a community pool. I do believe that this is something I should have been made aware of before staying at the property as my family and I were very disappointed. We could only get one TV to work as a "smart" TV our whole stay. I thought each of my kiddos would have a smart tv in their room as the description states. All others outside of the great room were simply flat screens, not smart TVs. There were no horseshoes at the pond, we brought our own thankfully. Be aware, no coffee, no dishwasher soap, no laundry soap (it is No problem! but we didn't know until after we got there!) Only a broom is provided to clean up. Overall a great stay, wonderful memories for my family and the river is not too far so we were able to let our kids get wet some.
