House was well equipped and very cozy in a nice neighborhood. We hosted our children and grandchildren for a few days of beach fun (within walking distance) outdoor games and cookouts. This home met all of our needs and we look forward to returning. The host of the house provided excellent instruction and communicated with us promptly. Great Job.

It was ok! Storm just came through so could have been better owner apologized! Cleaning was done to surface maybe lack of better housekeeping being trusted but overall had what we needed to enjoy the beach and have meals

Loved the house!

The house was a great beach house the view was great as well as the neighborhood and the beach.There was just a couple of things that need your attention. The faucet in the tub in the primary bedroom needs help. I could not get the lever to go up to take a shower. The dishwasher leaked on the left side. That is why a dish towel was there.

Perfect Size for a family of 4-5

We noticed a few minor damages due to normal wear and tear and informed the property owner right away to ensure there were no concerns about liability—he was understanding and responsive.The host was generally communicative and helpful, especially when we encountered some plumbing issues. While we didn’t expect immediate fixes, we appreciated being kept in the loop.One concern we did have was the presence of outdoor security cameras. Although it's stated that they face away from windows, the angle of the porch camera made us a bit uncomfortable—especially with teenage girls in our group. We have never stayed in a place with porch cameras, just driveway ones We temporarily covered it for their privacy while using the outdoor shower, but were later contacted and asked to remove the cover.This was a bit disappointing, considering we had been open and cooperative throughout the stay. Nonetheless, we did enjoy the overall experience and appreciated the property's unique features.

Close to the beach!

We loved the house. We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean, we loved that Hulu was available and that the wifi was strong. The beach was literally 5 minutes down the street. I would suggest coming through Winnie to the property because the ferry was a little slow, one of our family members waited an hour half to cross and another came later and waited 3hrs to cross. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent Vacation

Our oldest daughter and two of our grandchildren joined us for vacation this year. This house was perfect! The bed was comfortable and the pictures don't do the view justice. They are peek-a-boo views but you can see more of the water than the pictures show. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We spent hours on the large deck enjoying the ocean breeze! Because we had so much stuff for the beach, we chose to drive to the next neighborhood so we could drive our vehicle onto the beach. Communication with Kimberly was very easy and we always received a reply quickly. We'll definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our weekend at Blue Oasis

We were a party of 4 friends from Houston and Forth Worth down for the Jeep weekend at Crystal Beach. The house layout is great for groups renting and the deck was huge with plenty of seating. The house is well furnished and has everything you need for your stay. There is good parking under house and the location is convenient to the main highway. The WiFi was fast and the TVs in each room are a nice touch. The owner was very communicative and checking in was easy with access by keypad. The neighborhood was quiet and we would definitely stay again here.

Great stay!

Property was super clean and perfect for my three kids and spouse . Top deck was awesome with great view of the ocean and plenty of room for hanging out in the evening / mornings. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great stay . Walking distance to the beach just a short 10 minute walk through the neighborhood or short drive to beach access road I. Either direction from the house. Outdoor shower was great for washing off the sand and salt from the beach before going into the house 2 grills made cooking a breeze. TVs in all bedrooms and living room with fire sticks on each made night time easy . A few board games provided by the home made family time fun and enjoyable! Quiet neighborhood on a culdesac where I felt comfortable letting kids play outside under the house or in the front drive . Host responded great and would definitely rent again!
