Panoramic water and mountain views from this lovely, newly renovated house in Macandrew Bay on the Otago Peninsula.
Brand new bathroom, kitchen, carpet, furnishings and plush beds.
Just 10 minutes drive from Dunedin and 15 minutes to the CBD, you are close to the city but far enough away to enjoy the peace and tranquility of this lovely area.
Macandrew Bay beach is a 5 minute walk away.
There are new plush queen beds in 2 bedrooms and 1 single bedroom.
There is a balcony to take in the beautiful harbour views and a private back garden with lots of birds.
Parking for 2 cars.

Richelle was wonderful and very responsive and the place was so clean and dust free and really great to stay in. Oh and the view was excellent.

Beautiful home, everything we needed. Spacious sun-drenched living area with gorgeous views ancross the bay and plenty of birdsong to listen to when the house is quiet. Warm and cosy and Richelle very accommodating with our request for an extra bed in the kids room. Highly recommend and would happily stay again.

Beautiful house, great host, fantastic views

Richelle was a great host; the house was well prepared, including milk and coffee pods. She made sure the heating was on for our arrival which was quite nice! The views, as the title of the property says, are amazing, looking out over the bay. It's located in McAndrew Bay on the peninsula, and it's a quick drive back into Dunedin, or further down the peninsula to see the seals and sea lions. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Es fehlte an nichts - Otago Peninsula Naturschönheit

Gut eingerichtete KĂŒche, scharfe KĂŒchenmesser, NescafĂ© VERTUO Maschine. Elektroheizer, Balkon/Deck mit Tisch und StĂŒhlen mit guter Sicht auf den Meeresarm. Nicht barrierefrei Treppe eine Etage hoch bis zu den WohnrĂ€umen. ParkplĂ€tze. Großer Garten rĂŒckwĂ€rtig. Zum Duschen in die Wanne steigen. Aussicht durch StromKabel nicht fototauglich. LieblingsstrĂ€nde wie Allans Beach oder Sandfly Beach nahe.Victory Beach muss erwandert werden. Harington Point muss man auch besuchen. Restaurant 1908 zu empfehlen. Halten Sie Abstand zu den Sealions. Wir lieben die Halbinsel und dieses Haus ist ein schöner und ruhigerAusfangspunkt fĂŒr viele Wanderungen rĂŒckwĂ€rtig.

Beautiful cottage on the peninsula

We stayed for 6 nights with our family and had a wonderful time. The home is cozy and comfortable, with an amazing view of the water. It is well located and easily accessible. There is also great walking/cycling paths nearby. We had the best time in Dunedin - until next time!

Long weekend visiting Dunedin for the first time.

A very comfortable holiday home that was well equipped for a family stay. Great location for visiting the Albatross colony and only 15 minute drive into Dunedin. Would highly recommend this property to other families wanting a quiet get away that is close enough to local attractions.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful house. It is newly renovated, beautifully furnished and have a wonderful view over the bay. We really enjoyed our stay here, the host is friendly and nice and the whole check-in and out process was easy.
