Highly recommended

The presentation and comfort of this property is exceptional and well managed. The only thing missing was a laundry facility as we stayed 4 nights. We will definitely stay again when we return.

Great location - excellent views

Communication with Blair was timely and without hassle. Opononi Bliss was an excellent choice. Would definelty ecommend.

Nice wee unit

Only stayed one night but unit was spotlessly clean, good parking. 2nd bedroom not really fit for 2 adults as very small. Bathroom was lovely.

Loved it !!!!

We loved staying in the bungalow. It was perfect for our little family. It was well set up and had everything we could need. With and amazing view. We were checked on regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. When visiting home, we would love to stay there again.

We traveled the west coast and this stop was relaxed with lovely scenery, beach walking, caught a few fish and swam in calm waters. Kiwi burgers around the corner were top notch. Thanks

Clean and Well Presented Home

Very impressed with how clean every area was. No dust. Clean comfortable beds. Clean lovely shower. Kitchen had everything. And the view was amazing. Thenk you for sharing your beautiful home.

Was a great stay everything we needed our only issue was the code was not sent so we had to wait and try wirk our how to get code ended up having to call expedia which sorted it but was abit of a pain. Otherwise location was very nice and place had a really nice feel and virw was amazing pitty it was raining but was still a great place to stay overall.

Cabin was as described. Nice view, peaceful. What I didn’t consider was Opononi has a population of 270, so it’s a tiny settlement. Options for dining & groceries very limited. I should have taken my own supplies of food & alcohol, especially over Easter.

Shortly after arrival, we found cockroaches in a cabinet. There was also a power outage for a while. We tried numerous times to contact the owners of the apartment for assistance. We called all the contact phone numbers provided. Nobody ever answered the phone. We left the next day and never heard from the owners. The apartment was quite nice and well equipped. But since it is impossible to get in touch with the owners, I would not book this place again.

Fab little getaway spot

Loved 'Opononi Bliss'. A well kept, snug little house, minutes walk from the beach, the store and an A+ fish'n'chip shop. The house has is very tidy and is well stocked with creature comforts (and has a good shower - which is always a plus). The owners are easily contactable and responsive too if you need anything or have questions. Will definitely come back here in the future.
