The bed is Twin size not a Queen size as state.

The place is okay, there is s couple of discrepancies,the bed is Twin size not a Queen size as stated i slept on the floor also the toast warmer when it turn on it trip the circuit breaker so it can not be used and no Microwave, the furniture is cheap and no adequate light light in back, overall the place is okay nothing special about the place.

My stay!

I recently stayed in Lompoc and had a mixed experience. The accommodation was clean and decent, and the host was very attentive, which was appreciated. The best part of my stay was the quiet environment, which allowed for restful sleep.There were plenty of places to explore around Lompoc, and the convenience of having a Walmart and various restaurants nearby was a plus. However, the stay didn’t exceed my expectations and felt average overall.While the basics were well-covered, a few enhancements could have made the experience better. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay with some room for improvement.

Quaint, quiet converted garage. Very clean. Has all basics except microwave. Easy parking behind house. Would stay again.

Nice private property

Stayed with another person for 2 nights and really enjoyed the unit. The owner is really nice and greeted me shortly after my arrival. The bed and couch are comfy. There is a clothing rack not shown in the pictures and the couch is also upgraded to a sectional. Walmart is nearby so you can stock up the fridge for your stay. Recommend getting sugar in case you want to make fresh lemonade with lemons off the tree you're allowed to use. The bathroom is very clean, though the toilet could use a new seat. The cleaning company brought in between guests is thorough. Our stay was for two nights, but I see there is a new 3 night minimum. I still mark this as a favorite property and will be back.

Cozy Cottage Studio

Everything about this cozy studio is wonderful! Easy parking and access to the property. There is a lush lemon tree and sweet-smelling flowers that line the walkway. A very clean and welcoming place to stay plus Ramona is a very thoughtful hostess. I look forward to return trips and being able to stay again!!

Cute and convenient

The studio is simply cute and very well located. The studio is clean and quiet. All appliances work well and I had no issues with the facilities. My stay was for work, so a few things were missing for me such as adequate workspace (no desk and the dining table is small) and a full-length mirror is not available, but these were not deal breakers. I had read reviews that stated the property has no A/C but the weather was nice, and a ceiling fan and area fans were all I needed. A great little place.
