Perfect location for exploring the city! Found easy parking on the street. The market below was a plus! Beds were comfy and big! Would recommend to anyone staying in the city!

Fabulous accommodations — roomy, modern apt with a large bathroom, large bedrooms and plenty of room to cook. The location was perfect for us — we could walk everywhere. We didn’t visit the pool because it was offsite (Tybee Island).

Great place for our family trip to Savannah! Being right at Parker’s market was super convenient for quick meals or odds and ends. We were able to walk to take the ferry to our event at the convention center. Also enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and the Historic Savannah Theater. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again. Very clean and well appointed. Great location with lot of things to see very close by. Would definitely recommend. Additional information that may be useful to renters is that this is a very busy location. The Irish pub on the street is loud and the 24 hr market that is so convenient means very loud very late conversations on the picnic tables below the windows.

Great Stay - Central Location

The place was small but tidy and you couldn’t ask for a more convenient or central location to explore the city of Savannah from. The directions on everything were very clear and the management team friendly and responsive.

Perfect Location

Was just my adult son and I but could easily accommodate more. We loved the central location close to the downtown area and River Street. Very walkable and safe area. Fairly quiet neighborhood as well.

Great location!

It was a nice place and within walking distance to so much. It is located on a busy corner, but the noise wasn’t too bad and fans were provided to buffer some of the noise. Overall, we really liked the unit and it was nice to have two bedrooms.

Extremely happy with the rental from the moment we arrived. Very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were a great size and a wonderful view of the street below. Right next to the market in which I found WAY too many cute gift items (for myself) and the infamous Orange dreamsickle slushy that comes in no other size than xl. Lol. Bank machine also close. Really nothing is too far of a walk. You do pay parking on the street daily which is cheaper than the garage around the corner and much more convenient. Almost everything you need is provided in the unit. The only thing I found challenging was the lighting. Just not as bright as my senior eyes needed. The response on a couple minor issues not caused by broken were addressed within minutes. Most efficient team I have ever dealt with in any setting. Made me feel the care and consideration of my vacation time which was very much appreciated. Definitely will stay at this property again. Highly recommended. One thing I do want to mention is, we did not encounter a single person who was not friendly or helpful. A welcomed change from many other destinations. Thank you.

Family vacation

The apartment was a super convenient location. There was quite a bit of mold in the unit, in a closet and bathroom. Contact with the company about the situation however was very quick and they offered to send someone. The pictures do make this unit look much nicer than it actually is (missing and broken mirrors on wall, dirty furniture, mold, paint was clearly touched up in a close but different color), but it did what we needed it to do for our 5 day stay and nothing that was worth canceling our stay.
