Garden Level apartment in ideal central location. Staying in this amazing home with the off-street parking spot conveniently right out back may be the most stress-free way to enjoy Savannah. Renovated well stocked kitchen. 2 bedrooms. 1 Bathroom with combination tub/shower. Newly refinished heart of pine original hardwood flooring. Beautiful living room with dining room combo in front of apartment.

I highly recommend this property! We throughly enjoyed the location due to it being walking to popular spots. The property was very spacious and clean. Parking was definitely a major plus!!

We really loved the location of this place. Parking was easy and convenient. The option to sit out front and people watch was nice. The house was beautiful, large, and the washer/dryer was also a nice bonus.

Vacationed there with my 92 year old grandpa! It was great not to have to worry about stairs. Location is amazing, only 0.5 mile from the riverfront. Able to walk to everything, including restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place, and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Savannah. Our rental was exactly like pictured. Very clean and everything we needed was supplied. Unit is very roomy and located in the heart of historic district. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Best of all was your very own private parking spot.

Great quiet walkable location. Spacious, laundry, and parking. Everything was perfect for a 2 night stay on a 14 day road trip through the south. Savannah itself is beautiful sophisticated and charming. Great restaurants in walking distance. So much history and culture right out the front door.

The listing was spot on, everything was clean and easily available in the home. The parking spot was convenient and so very appreciated.
