It is a comfortable place to come back to after a day of poking around the shops. Next visit, take the short stroll the other direction in the early evening, the river walk and the tasting rooms just off the square are worth an unhurried hour. Sarah, a girls weekend with easy access to Main Street is just about the best use of this house we can imagine. The Hill Country shops and restaurants right there, a comfortable place to retreat to after, good company around you: hard to beat that combination. Whenever the crew is ready to come back, the wineries and tasting rooms just outside of town make for a perfect second chapter to a trip like yours!
