Elizabeth, that word "comfortable" is the one we work hardest for out here in the Hill Country, so hearing it from you means a lot. The landscape does half the job, but making sure the house itself feels like somewhere you can truly settle in, that is on us, and we are glad it landed that way. When you come back, keep an eye on the bluebonnets in spring. The property sits right in the middle of some of the best wildflower country in the state, and it is something else to see.

We stayed at this beautiful house for my bachelorette trip, it was amazing and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for 8 people. We would rent this place again if ever in Fredricksburg.

Beautiful Home and Great Location!

Home was lovely, kitchen was amazing! Location near Main Street was awesome as well. Disappointed that AC was not turned on before we arrived and house was 90 degrees and took several hours to cool down. Other than that I would have given a 5 Star rating. Would stay again, maybe in cooler weather!

We would go here again

Our stay was lovely. We did have to sign an additional contract we were not aware of just before we arrived with the rental company (not VRBO) but all worked out fine. One rule Was the AC could not be set below 72 and we all sleep at home with it 68 but thankfully it was perfect time of the year so all was Good.

Jan, a perfect ten with no words attached still says plenty, and we appreciate you taking the minute to leave it. The Hill Country shifts with the seasons here, wildflowers in spring, cooler evenings on the porch come fall, so there is always a reason to pick a different time of year. Come back and see us.
