We provide weekly & monthly at great discounted rates. Our 2 story Holiday Home has a nice rural setting with a great covered entertainment area for all weather living. There is a large Gas Grill on the deck to enjoy some outside cooking. Upstairs has 2 cosy bedrooms, bathroom, lounge room, recliner lounge suite, fold out sofa & Smart TV. Downstairs has 3 beds plus a pull out bed. This shares it's space with dining suite, lounge area, office desk, & has a TV with built in wifi. There is a separate bathroom downstairs too. It's perfect for 2 family's or a team of workers to have to have their own upstairs & downstairs space. There is unlimited wireless internet. Please note the internet drops out periodically due to terrible service in area. Cell phone coverage is great. There is a workable kitchen with slow cooker, toasty maker & other small appliances. There is a small bench top oven & hot plates but no oven. Outside is a gas grill top & outside furniture to enjoy the country air. The fridge/freezer in the kitchen is large to stock up on your supplies if need & a large washing machine to keep your clothes refreshed. There is no heat pump but a few oil heaters to keep you warm. Our house has that real cosy feel & spacious and sleeps up to 13 guests. 8 in beds, 1 in a roll away, 2 fold out stretcher beds & 2 in a fold out couch. Great handy place if you've got work in the Whangarei area. Maungakaramea is 4 km away if you need fuel or some convenience items. Tangihua Forest is only 30 mins away, with some great walks & tracks. One Tree Point & Ruakaka Beach only 30mins away.
