Relaxing and refreshing

We had a wonderful time at Moonshine Manor. Beautiful place and well stocked. Enjoyed relaxing in the morning on the front porch with a coffee and a book. Then enjoyed the evenings in the hot tub after adventures to many of the waterfalls in the area. Margaret was very informative and had everything we needed. Overall it was a very nice week.

Fantastic stay at this cabin!

It was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and so much fun to stay in. The location was perfect, offering both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere. i would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway.

Loved our stay

Cabin was clean and perfect for our family. We came to celebrate our dad's birthday, he lives in the area. We spent time visiting Chimney Rock and the area around Lake Lure. Great location for getting to the areas we wanted to visit.

Beautiful cozy cabin

We loved the stay, and in time will come back. Peaceful, and my son loved the loft. Also our pup loved the place as well, so much space in a beautiful place.

We had an wonderful time at moonshine manor. The cabin was clean and cozy. My daughter really loved having her own space upstairs. Would definitely book again!!!

Wonderful Vacation

The cabin was spacious, clean and very organized. The property manager was quick to respond when I reached out with a question. The location was very peaceful and quiet. We throughly enjoyed our week!

It was quiet, clean, spacious, and private—the perfect place to stay with family. The couch was comfortable, and there was hot water for showers. You name it, they've got it. My favorite place in the cabin was the big chairs out on the deck. We, as a family, enjoyed looking at the stars at night or the sunrise in the mornings.

Perfectly relaxing.

We had a great stay at moonshine manor. The cabin was very clean and located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was nicely equipped with all the basics and the upstairs offered a nice selection of dvds. Even though it was just two of us for a weekend it would be very comfortable with a few more friends or family. The owners and rental company were also a pleasure to communicate with as they were very polite and responsive. I would absolutely look into staying here for a return trip.

Holiday family vacation

The cabin was spacious enough for my family of 5 plus our dog! The location was wonderful and had a lot to do in the area and beyond. Unfortunately we had no TV, as the Wi-Fi is too spotty to use any of their steaming accounts. We could get cell signal but no Wi-Fi on the phones either. They definitely need a stronger service. If you want to stay off the grid, then this is the cabin for you!

We had a wonderful stay at the moonshine manor. It was a clean property that is taken care of and any issues were dealt with very quickly. They had everything you would expect you needed. The hot tub was delightful, fire pit was perfect. The only negative I could come up with is couch space downstairs was a little lacking. Everything else was fantastic. The front porch is just an amazing place to hang out, have a drink and take in the beauty of nature. If you are lucky like us you may also see some of the indigenous black bears, as we did. (Note they are wild animals and you should not startle them or make eye contact).

Girls weekend

As a group of thirty something women we booked this rental as a girls weekend away from husbands and kids. It was the PErFECT location in a sleepy little Mountain town to hike, eat, unwind and enjoy the quietness away from the hustle and bustle of life. The cabin had literally everything you could need for four adult women short of your own groceries. We LOVED our stay and wished we had booked more days!

Fall Getaway

We wanted to relax and enjoy the fall colors and this property did not disappoint. The 40’ foot front porch offered the views and the serenity we were craving. We had a great experience!
