Nous vous invitons à profiter de notre nouvelle cabine de 3 chambres (2 reines avec un loft comme troisième chambre) dans la communauté fermée de Riverbend à seulement 10 minutes à l'est de la plage publique du lac Lure. Notre chalet est une véritable retraite dans un cadre serein, y compris l'accès (et des vues hivernales sur) Mirror Lake, Little Mirror Lake et Broad River. Profitez de la natation, des tubes, de la pêche et du canotage.
Les deux lits queen en bas ont tous deux des surmatelas en mousse à mémoire et des draps doux. Le loft à l'étage a deux lits jumeaux très confortables et un futon complet (et beaucoup de jeux de société, des livres et une table de baby-foot).
La cuisine moderne entièrement équipée, avec tous les appareils en acier inoxydable, peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Installez-vous confortablement dans un feu chaleureux avec la belle cheminée en pierre. Nous avons maintenant le wifi gratuit avec Verizon et un compte Netflix afin que vous puissiez diffuser des films / émissions. Plus de 50 DVD à regarder également.
Nous acceptons les chiens et avons deux lits pour chiens, laisses, sacs, gamelles et friandises pour chiens. Il y a des frais de 80 $ pour amener votre ou vos chiens - jusqu'à deux chiens. Si vous avez un troisième chien, des frais supplémentaires de 40 $ seront facturés.
Nos chaises en forme d'oeuf sur le porche sont parfaites pour siroter de la limonade lors d'une chaude journée d'été.
Le foyer est autorisé pour les locataires tant qu'un permis de brûlage est en place. Nous avons actuellement un permis de brûlure.
Nous sommes fiers d'utiliser des produits de nettoyage naturels, notamment les huiles essentielles Doterra.

Notre chalet est situé à 10 minutes du lac Lure, à 15 minutes de Chimney Rock, à 30 minutes de Tryon (TIEC), à 45 minutes de Black Mountain, à 60 minutes d'Asheville (un peu moins d'une heure à l'aéroport d'Avl).
À proximité se trouve la tyrolienne, la randonnée, la natation, l'équitation, le canotage, les tubes, le rafting, le golf, le yoga, les brasseries, le Rumbling Bald Resort, le Biltmore Estate, le Grove Park Inn et bien plus encore.

Dog friendly happy place!

We loved our stay….everything was easy from check in to check out and the house was super well stocked with all the essentials! The property is very well set up for dogs. Close proximity to all the good areas, and the Lake was very clean (although cold and rainy). Beautiful scenery and the Nature walk near the waterfall is a must. Karen was a great host!

There aren’t enough stars to help me review our stay! The cabin was exactly as described in the property details. From the use of the keypad to enter the cabin to every detail of the setup of the cabin to the outside amenities, it was amazing! We loved sitting on the decks looking out at the beautiful scenery. Our two dogs, Gibbs and Kate, loved both the pen and the free-range front yard. We all loved just sitting and enjoying the God-provided serenity of your cabin. Your cabin is one of our favorites we have used over the past few years. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Loved this cabin!

We had a blast and would definitely go back! The cabin was well stocked with anything we needed, quiet and secluded and perfect for our family and dog Molly! Access to the river and lakes was awesome. Highly recommend!

Family Getaway

Our family had a wonderful time at the cabin! It was the perfect place to unwind as a family. We paddle-boarded, swam/lounged on the beach, explored the trails, and hiked Chimney Rock. The house was clean and well-maintained, and the owners were very responsive and organized. Lake Lure and the small surrounding towns are hidden gems. Pre-Anniversary Vacation

We have stayed at this property in the fall, but couldn't wait to get back during the summer months, when the water was a little warmer. We really like the location, the proximity to everything needed and the wildlife. We saw deer and rabbits on or around the property everyday. Our daughter just loved being this close to nature.

Beautiful setting and cabin!

My husband and I and our two dogs visited for a long weekend and highly recommend this cabin. It caught my eye because it's dog-friendly. The cabin is located in a private, gated community that is very wooded and natural - there are plenty of places to walk (if you like hills!), lakes with a private beach and a nature walk. The cabin itself was super cozy and cute. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, wood-burning fireplace and well-equipped kitchen. Karen was terrific to work with and very responsive. Definitely recommend staying here!

Cozy cabin with gorgeous view

I booked this cabin several months ago for a girl's weekend. We looked online at the pictures and thought it looked beautiful but the pictures alone do not do it justice. We loved how the owners have carefully taken attention to detail in making this cabin as cozy and comfortable as possible. All of the creature comforts we needed were provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the gorgeous views as we sat on the very comfortable egg chairs on the deck. Will book again!

Cozy cabin in the forest

First off, Karen is the most gracious and accommodating hostess. She was so responsive to my inquiries and checked up on us. The cabin was a little tricky to get to, but I blame that on us being from flat Texas and unused to hilly terrain. But we got the hang of it. The cabin was so quiet and relaxing. Everything we needed was already in the cabin. Very pet friendly. Our furries loved it. We did day excursions to hike and shop. Great area and great place. I would highly recommend.

We’ve made lasting memories here with our two sons and our dogs, Roxi and Ollie, who especially love hiking nearby trails and splashing in the Broad River. Hosting is our way of sharing the calm and beauty we’ve found in Lake Lure. Why did you choose this neighborhood?

The moment we entered the Riverbend community, we knew we’d found something special. After more than a year of searching, this peaceful, wooded neighborhood captured our hearts—and we knew it would be the perfect place to create a second home and share with others as a relaxing retreat.

Riverbend feels like a true escape. The gravel roads wind past Mirror Lake, with its charming pavilion, beach, and dock for swimming, fishing, and paddleboarding. Across the road, you’ll find the River Walk, where you can explore the beautiful Broad River, picnic beside giant boulders, or dip into quiet swimming holes near a small waterfall. Just beyond Mirror Lake is Little Mirror Lake, another serene spot with space to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature.

The community is made up of rustic homes, each tucked away with privacy and space—offering that secluded, cabin-in-the-woods feel. Deer and other wildlife are frequent visitors, and we always recommend keeping dogs leashed for their safety.

When we’re here, we never want to leave. And with so much nearby—from zip lining and hiking to wineries, festivals, and even the famous Dirty Dancing lakefront—you just might feel the same way.

Anchoring the space is a stunning stone fireplace with a mantle dating back to the 1700s, salvaged from a historic West Virginia cabin. It’s not just a conversation piece—it’s the heart of the home.

Step onto the deck and you’ll enjoy peaceful, seasonal views of Mirror Lake. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, an afternoon read, or a glass of wine as the sun sets. We’ve filled the cabin with thoughtful, personal touches—like locally crafted artwork and custom furniture designed by us and built by a talented area woodworker. The console table and writing desk are just a few examples of the handmade quality that gives the space its character.
