Spacieux 7 chambres, 3 salles de bain complètes, 2 espaces de vie séparés, tous deux équipés de téléviseurs à écran plat, Dish Network, lecteurs DVD et WIFI gratuit, 2 cuisines entièrement équipées avec cuisinière, réfrigérateurs pleine grandeur, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, cafetières, vaisselle etc. 15 lits au total, dont 3 sont king size. Les salles de bain sont entièrement équipées avec douches et baignoires, serviettes fournies. Salle de lavage avec laveuse et sécheuse située dans la maison. Grand salon avec une vue complète sur le lac, 2 tables à manger en fait un endroit idéal pour dîner, se rassembler, jouer ou tout simplement profiter de la vue. Foyer extérieur et barbecue. 850 pieds de rivage avec accès au lac pour ceux qui souhaitent lancer une ligne ou simplement se détendre au bord de l'eau. Plusieurs coins salons avec une vue imprenable sur le lac sont disponibles, y compris un coin salon avec un petit étang avec cascade donnant sur le lac Grand. La marina et le magasin de navires sont situés sur la propriété pour votre usage, la marina est entièrement équipée avec des collations, des boissons, des fournitures, et vous ne pouvez pas partir sans consulter la plus grande sélection de vêtements Grand Lake sur le lac! Les enfants et les adultes apprécieront notre aire de jeux avec trampolines, plongée haute et zone de baignade. Des planches à pagaie, un pédalo et un kayak sont disponibles à la location. Pour ceux qui souhaitent sortir sur le lac, nous proposons la location de bateaux. Nous proposons des bateaux de ski, des bateaux pontons et un petit bateau de pêche. Des services de guides de pêche professionnels (toutes espèces) sont également disponibles. Cette maison est idéale pour les grands groupes, les réunions de famille et les voyages d'affaires.

Plenty of room and storage. The beds however are not that comfortable, the fridge in the living room doesn’t cool properly and the air conditioner in the master and that end of the house does not keep it cool and the highest temp while we were there was 80.

Family retreat

Our first family retreat was perfect this property for a big family was perfect we ended up getting both of the houses and was perfect, rooms and bed for all our family members, and having 2 kitchens at the big house because a lifesaver when it came to cooking We also enjoyed renting a boat for the family to have fun a couple of hours on the lake. We had family from 0-40 age wise and was perfect for all would love to come back here again in the future

Grand Lake family vacation

This was a three family vacation to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The house worked well for the 15 children and adults. Everyone enjoyed the swim dock. The house could use some update and maintenance but everything worked well and all had a good time.

Fam Bam Annual Memorial Day Weekend #6

Great place for a large family. Check in was great! House is very well stocked with everything needed. Large Blackstone outside was perfect for cooking. Very clean and well appointed. Marina below was awesome for keeping the boat and kids to play on the jumps. Host and manger were very pleasant. Definitely staying again!

Great location

The main AC unit struggles to keep the living room and kitchen temp under 78 in the heat. The other units run great. But if you plan well you can over come it. The location is amazing.

This house was perfect for our extended family get together. Nothing fancy but well equipped to meet all our wants and needs. We all enjoyed the enclosed porch area - cards, games, plenty of seating, wonderful views of the lake. Being close to the marina was ideal! Made boat rental very convenient and the kids loved the dock/swim area. The air conditioner understandably struggled to keep up with the August heat dome but kept temps tolerable.

I was charged for additional people when we stayed, I was a little confused about this charge because we didn’t exceed the limit for the house we only had thirteen that stayed over night and the rest ,which was three came Saturday and ate dinner with us and then left that evening.

GREAT FOR FAMILY GET AWAYS

House was large! Plenty of beds although some bedrooms were also passages to other parts of the house. 2 full kitchens made food prep for our large group easier. Large living room and wonderful glassed porch made our group meetings comfortable. The front lawn was spacious. The covered dock gave shade to our "fishing day" but did not have a swim ladder. The close proximity to the marina (just a walk down the hill) was convenient. Initially, the house was hard to find because it was labeled "The Pines" without the house number visible. Would go again!

Christmas in June

Met all of our needs. Plenty of room for all to sleep comfortably. Having two full kitchens was NICE. Very outdated (felt like I time warped to my childhood). Ovens/stove could be cleaned (warmer drawer had food crumbs from I don't know how long ago). Grandkids loved the room to play hide and seek. The marina was close and kids rented a boat for the afternoon. The grands also loved the dock where they could jump off the boards (high and trampoline). Welcomed pets, no mention of a $$$ for pet fee anywhere in the information ($25 per pet). Overall, it was a great stay. Would go again, would like to see the oven cleaned. Wish we had rented for 1 more day.

DIRTY, dirty, dirty!!!!!!!

This house was far from clean! It was such a disappointment to say the least. Very clear no one had cleaned the house in a VERY long time. From spider webs in all the windows/window seals, to hair in the bathtubs and sinks, to stains all over the carpets and holes in the furniture. As a host myself, I would be appalled if I allowed guests in my home looking like this!! I actually spent time cleaning the bathroom before my parents arrived because it was beyond disgusting!!!!

Family reunion spot on the lake

My family rented this home for our thanksgiving weekend and had a wonderful time. The home is in a beautiful location, in the woods and by the lake. We had thirteen adults and it was the perfect size. The second kitchen really helped make it work. The place is a little dated and it’s been a while since anybody lived there full time, but it’s cozy and the pictures were accurate. We enjoyed our stay and are grateful to the hosts for setting up a very nice rental. Communication with them was fantastic. 5/5

A great rental for a big family gathering!

We enjoyed family and friends together to celebrate our Dad's 80th birthday! Having two kitchens was awesome for us, and the shoreline and dock for water play and fishing was perfect!

Perfect covid getaway

We stayed for Thanksgiving 2020. Originally intended to have the whole extended family, but decided not to risk it this year. Ended up with 7 instead of 13. Even if all of us had been there, we would've been able to social distance, this place is huge! View of the lake was spectacular.

Great weekend Getaway!

This place was clean and met our needs for 5 families (20 people) staying at the lake! Great access to lake and we were able to rent a boat from the marina. The 2 kitchens made it very easy to prepare and serve food and there was plenty of refrigerator space! The bedrooms are not all private as you have to walk through other bedrooms to access the bathrooms at night. The dock is not private to those staying at the property. We really enjoyed our stay here!
