With room for eight and a spacious backyard filled with gorgeous trees and greenery on a quiet street, the house welcomes your family and pets to spread out. Relax on the deck outside with a glass of wine and enjoy the blue skies or kick back on the couch under the air conditioning with Netflix, listen to some tunes, or reconnect the family over a well-contested board game.

Start every morning in a master bedroom that is beyond romantic, with sweeping white bed curtains, a spa bath, and a private balcony for two to enjoy a Nespresso before you start your day. Head down to the light-filled living room with its cathedral windows and uniquely designed ceilings and grab a towel for the two-minute walk down to Culburra Beach where you can float under blue skies in crystal clear waters with the kids and four-legged friends tiring themselves out in the waves.

At mealtimes, cook up a storm on the BBQ outside to enjoy on the covered back deck in any weather with your favourite tunes blasting on the Bluetooth speaker, followed by a game of catch with your pets out on the grass in the enormous, fully-fenced backyard. For an afternoon siesta, take a book or some bevvies to the outdoor lounge and recline in the shade.

In the evening, light the firepit for the best view of the milky way you’ve ever seen, and talk away the late hours outside under the fairy lights. During cold seasons, utilise the combustion fire in the living room to stay toasty, and go to bed comfortably to rest before your next day in beautiful Culburra Beach. Looking up at the house from the back yard with its vaulted ceilings, shades and curtains, you might think you’re holidaying in a magical bohemian ship, and that feeling will continue throughout your perfect stay at The Treehouse.

Important Information:

- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.

We enjoyed our stay, as did our dogs. House is fantastic for doggos. They had a great time! Being fully fenced made it nice and secure for them. House is a little more tired than it looks in photos (outdoor areas especially). Kitchen is fantastic and great to have new shiny bathrooms.

Great spot. Great beach house. A two minute walk to the beach was what we were looking for. “The Treehouse” ticks all the boxes.

Beautifully styled and comfortable. All the Utensils, comforts and amenities you could wish for. Literally a few minute walk to the beach. Pet friendly and secure. Would definitely recommend this lovely little house!

Great place, quiet, had everything I needed to enjoy some solitude with just me and my dog. Very clean, lots a great places to sit and read. I would love to return again

Terrible stay, so many issues

On arrival at night, the property area was so dark that it was hard to find the property - no security lights at all. Inside, there were lights not working at all & many lights with low light bulbs which made the place feel like a tent. There were ants all through the pantry & all of the top cupboards. There was termite dust all over the kitchen bench. Upstairs the balcony door had been left wide open and the door had no screen, and so there were bugs flying around. The upstairs ensuite window was also open and had no screen. It could not be closed due to warped wood. The ensuite had no door. The TV would not connect to Channel 7. The internet was not working. Despite there being a fireplace there was no appropriate wood available to make a fire that was dry. Only enormous pieces next to the fireplace inside and all the wood outside was wet through. I reported these issues to that evening. Property management called me next day & arranged maintenance & cleaning. However, despite replacing the bulbs, the lighting was still so bad in both the main living area & upstairs bedroom that you couldn't read a book without a torch. There was no lighting on the stairwell - very unsafe. Despite cleaning up the ants & bugs, the ants returned. The door panel of the built in bin which was hanging from the top & not secured at the bottom fell off. We reported this & the owner has since sent me a bill for repair! The toaster tripped the power on the last day and we could not get it on again.

Regarding the lighting, we acknowledge that certain areas may not have been adequately illuminated. Our maintenance team replaced the bulbs as soon as possible, but we understand the lighting may still not have met your expectations. We are evaluating the current lighting setup to ensure future improvements. The cleanliness issues, including ants and termite dust, are concerning. Upon your report, we promptly arranged for cleaning and maintenance services. We have also scheduled a thorough pest control treatment to address these issues more effectively. The connectivity issues with the TV and internet were unfortunate. While we cannot guarantee uninterrupted internet service in regional areas, we understand the importance of reliable amenities and are working on improving these services. Regarding the bill for the built-in bin repair, our policy requires guests to report any damage immediately to avoid erroneous blame. We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
