With an interior space of 2,243 sq. ft. spanning six lavish bedrooms and six updated bathrooms, there is more than enough room to accommodate large groups of family and friends. During your stay with us, enjoy the afternoon sunbathing poolside, surrounded by luxuriant tropical foliage, providing you and your family with a secluded space to relax and unwind. Warm up in the sun or cool down under the shade of the palm-leaf cabana, where you can prepare your choice of beverages at the poolside bar. Location was perfect! Five couples in our group and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The pool was very nice and we look forward to coming back in the future. We even had a Manatee that was there every morning and at night which was very cool to see.

Paradise in Marathon

Pelican's Nest could not have been more perfect for our fishing family. From the amazing dock access, the ice maker, and every detail in the home, we could not have chosen a better property. Not a complaint was heard about our amenities- we will be back. Thanks for the lasting memories

Beautiful home and location

Perfect! This was a wonderful place to have private space for the entire family yet also great gathering places to enjoy together. Cabinet storage limited in bedrooms so prepare to put in closet on hangers and shelves but easy for one week stay. Location is beautiful as well as the house, outdoor spaces and pool! Kitchen well equipped for cooking. Mattresses very comfortable for great night sleep!! Wireless network available but limited by the pool for streaming. Excellent place for boat access. Outdoor refrigerator freezer and ice maker a huge plus. We would absolutely enjoy this property again!

BAD STAY

We arrived about 4:15 and the cleaning crew was just leaving. After they left we started to unpack and found two razors under one of the beds ( kids room), food under another bed and the house was not as clean as we thought it should have been. Stripping the beds for check out we found bugs on all the beds under the sheets. We won't be staying there again.

We are very sorry to read that you did not enjoy your stay; however, in your message to us just minutes before departing after your 7-night visit, you said that you encountered a single bug, so we are unsure why you would claim now that you found bugs in every bed. Although we received your reports of a couple of problems the morning after your arrival, you said the razors were found in a drawer in your direct message to us. While we realize it is not acceptable for our staff to have missed these items, they weren't left haphazardly on the floor, and we offered to return to the home to address all your concerns, to which you declined. While we are sorry that cleaning extended shortly past the check-in time of 4 p.m., we made every effort to ensure that the home would be ready for your arrival, including calling on more of our staff for additional assistance before your arrival.

Excellent Extended Family Vacation in Florida Keys

Perfect location for our 4 families to stay in one house while docking our friends boat right at our back door. All of us had our own bedrooms with bathrooms. Pool was great for all of us to enjoy after a day of fishing. Got to see a manatee, bull shark, and other fish right outside on the canal. Had a few maintenance issues & property manager came to fix the following day. Two HUGE cons were that an outside jacuzzi was on the listing and photos and when we arrived it was no longer there which was a huge bummer and the outside ice maker didn’t work!

Unfortunately, the Jacuzzi was removed shortly before your stay, so we've removed any mention of this feature from the property listing.
