Cette maison récemment rénovée et conviviale pour les familles est toute nouvelle sur le marché de la location. Passez du temps à pêcher, pagayer, faire du kayak ou simplement vous détendre autour de la piscine chauffée et du spa récemment rénovés. De l'autre côté de la rue, vous pourrez jouer au golf sur le parcours de golf Marathon local. Accès direct à Boot Key Harbour et beaucoup de ports pour un bateau plus grand. En haut et en bas sont séparés par un escalier extérieur et donne assez de place pour plusieurs familles. Caractéristiques intérieures à l'étage: -Un salon ouvert avec une cuisine spacieuse - des sièges pour 8 personnes et 2 au bar -King avec avec grande salle de bain privée avec douche -Deuxième chambre avec lit Queen -Troisième chambre avec 2 lits doubles -Deuxième bain avec baignoire douche combo -Pack and play et siège de chaise haute Le bas est séparé de l'étage avec un escalier extérieur et comprend: -Zone TV avec un réfrigérateur supplémentaire Chambre King avec espace bar comprenant une cafetière, un four micro-ondes et une salle de bains supplémentaire -Un autre 2 lits jumeaux. The entire house was lovely. Well-stocked kitchen, lots of space to relax, and the pool and dock were so nice to sun by. We even had a manatee as a regular visitor.

Wonderful location! Beautiful and clean property.

Had a great time at this property. Kitchen was large enough to make meals at home. Pool was great and Dock was wonderful for fishing and for the day we rented a large boat. Definitely recommend.

Exquisite Home

Beautiful home with amazing amenities for all types of vacation styles. They have paddle boards and kayaks at a little beach on the property for relaxing along the channel. For fishing, they have a ice maker and deep chest freezer along with a filet station right on the dock. Well maintained home. Pool was fantastic and very clean. We will definitely be booking again at this home.

Delayed senior trip

After a year of delay due to Covid, we were able to finally take our son and his friends on their long awaited senior trip. The house was perfect. We enjoyed the pool, the dock, and the big kitchen provided space for all the meals. We loved the screen porch and the constant breeze. We had manatees, dolphins, and iguanas hang out with us almost everyday. Already talking about coming back next summer.

Fantastic location and house

The location was perfect and so was the house. It had the perfect layout for three families with kids and enough space for everyone. Kitchen was perfect for making meals and the porch and backyard was all that was needed for endless entertainment and fun. It was a perfect location close to most in the Keys. My only complaint is the garbage. Please know you can only have 1 bag on checkout or you will get charged. We knew when pickup was hit there is a day and a half between pickup and checkout. 1 bag is light for 10 people...

We do allow one full can of trash at check out, any more than that we find it is unfair for the incoming guests to have to take out the previous guests trash, which requires us paying someone to come remove the trash from the property. Hope that sheds a little light on the procedure. We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay, and agree, Boulevard Paradise has great amenities and is perfect for large groups!

We saw a lot of iguanas, a dolphin eating dinner, and a manatee came to visit us several times. We had one or two things that maintenance needed to address and they were prompt and communicated with me the whole time. It was just the perfect spot and we will definitely be back. The only comment I would make comes from the family who stayed in the downstairs area, and they wished the mattress was a bit softer/newer or that there was a memory foam topper; they said the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Perfect paradise

This home has everything you'll want or need. The location is phenomenal, shopping, restaurants, groceries, all within minutes. The best part is the view, all the wildlife and the peace, quiet and privacy! Truly a lovely spot.

Girls alternate cruise vacation.

Everyone was pleased with this property. Great common area upstairs, I loved the screened in porch. The backyard was excellent!! Great pool area, we did yoga in the sand. Paddle boards and kayaks were fun. Overall a great property.

Summer in the winter

Very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. More than enough bath and beach towels. Very quiet neighborhood. Enough outside furniture for everyone. Pool was nice and warm. Had a nice dock that was used daily for fishing. We had a great week and would rent again.

I would go back

Mallory was wonderful. Very accommodating. My only gripe is about the rules about the trash. The house sleeps 12 people but you can only have 1 can of trash the day of checkout. I had to bring 2 bags of trash home with me to avoid 50.00 fee. But, as the title shows, I would go back for sure.

The trash is picked up Friday morning and checkout is Saturday morning. We do recommend guests to empty all of the trash from the property for that Friday morning pick up, then you should not have more than one full can a day later. I am testing this policy, this week, personally, to see if we may need to address it moving forward.

Awesome stay!

We had a great time renting this house. We loved the heated pool and the kids were in it by 9am most days. The screened in porch was also great to enjoy the peaceful views outdoors without all the bugs. The location was easy to access but with the great landscaping we couldn't see the neighbors at all! We would love to stay here again when we return to the keys!

Our overall impression was excellent. The owners/property managers have thought of everything. There was nothing we needed or wanted. The home was beautiful, clean, updated and comfortable. There were a few unexpected issues that any homeowner faces : a pool spa problem and a plumbing issue. I called our point of contact, Kayla, and she was so nice and handled the problems so quickly. Literally less than 20 minutes her staff was there and problems resolved. The owners sent a beautiful bouquet and delicious key lime pie because of the minor hiccups. WOW. The customer service was exceptional as was everything about this well thought out this vacation home. The ice machine in the garage was a very happy surprise. Location is convenient to everything! CHECKS ALL THE BOXES

My daughters, my son and his wife, 4 grandchildren (3y, 20m, 18m, and 4m) and I flew down. My husband and sons-in-law drove a 15 passenger van down - we had a lot of baby paraphernalia, fishing gear, and golf clubs! The house was plenty big enough for all of us and our stuff! Great supply of pool and beach toys are provided. The doors are alarmed so we felt very comfortable that the little ones couldn’t get to the pool area w/o us knowing. The pack-n-play and booster seat were both brand new and it seems all the dishes, linens, and everything else were either brand new as well or in like new condition. We rented a boat and having it right there at the dock was fabulous. And ... Santa knew where we were! Look no further - this house has everything you need and more! Francie W and family
