Beachfront bliss at Swell - wake to sensational sunrises over Wamberal beach, just steps from your door.

This expansive 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults + 5 kids (including 1 bedroom self-contained apartment). Enjoy upstairs an open-plan living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen, stone gas fireplace all with amazing beach views. A/C in living area upstairs and downstairs apartment.

Multiple decks, BBQ, sun lounges and outdoor lounge, firepit-all with beach and ocean views. From our private beach stairs a 5-min beach stroll brings you to Terrigal`s caf s and restaurants.

Spaces and Comfort
Main level: Open-plan living/dining and kitchen flows seamlessly to outdoor dining areas including outdoor lounge and sun lounges. Enjoy the ease of alfresco dining-ideal for lazy mornings or group meals with ocean breezes. Two large fixed umbrellas are provided for summer months.

Downstairs flat: Independent living with kitchen, queen bedroom and lounge-great for multi-generational holidays.

Sleeps up to 6 adults + 5 children (see bedding configuration or speak to the property manager).

The perfect beachfront holiday.

We could not fault this property. The location right on the beach was stunning and perfect for our teenage children. The house itself was spotless and the hosts had thought of everything. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for your stay and the small extra touches like the lovely soaps in the bathroom and the welcome gift on arrival made it extra special. Sam and Alex were extremely efficient with the whole booking and check- in process and were a real pleasure to deal with. They genuinely cared about us having a wonderful holiday. And the final touch, when we checked out my son left his new shoes behind. Alex made sure they are already on their way back to us. Thank you again for such a lovely holiday

Swell time at Wamberal

A great property. Amazing views. Has everything you need for a relaxing break. Would only be made better if all rooms were air conditioned, particularly the three smaller bedrooms. Suggest also letting tenants know to bring their own tea towels and face washers. The Billy makes a high pitch sound whenever water is turned on in the house which I understand you are fixing. Thank you for the opportunity to stay with you! X

Stunning views

Amazing views and such a beautiful property. Quiet location and within short walking distance to the local cafes and shops. My family enjoyed every single minute of our family holiday. Best place we had ever stayed at. Sam the property manager was always so helpful and quick to respond to my questions. Looking forward to our next family holiday up there.

Superb Swell

The Swll was superb, fantastic location, facilities and the property manager was magnificent. Two observations, there were a whole host of beach toys and games, which was fantastic. Wish I had known as I wouldn’t have bought ours. A larger mat at the door. With three days of rain it would have been great to have a larger mat to wipe our damp feet 😁

SANDY!

We stayed at this beautiful property for 5 nights. Next time we will definitely book it longer. The house was so generously stocked with amenities. It was very clean and beautifully presented. Walking to the flagged area when the beach was a little rough was easy an conveinient. The cafes and restaurants were a 10 min walk. Our family enjoyed every minute and made beautiful memories on this holiday. We have stayed at many beachfront resorts and would definitely recommend it... We will be back this year! Thank you so much to Alex and Samantha for looking after us. Sam , Rania and family 😊
