Family vacation in Pagosa Springs went great. Expect lots of snow if you’re going over the pass.

Great Place

The condo was easy to find and easy to check in. Check in instructions were on point. We had snow while we were there, and the snow plows were there before sunup to plow the parking lot.

Wonderful stay

The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We couldn't have been happier. I was impressed by how well stocked the kitchen is with supplies. If we return to Pagosa, we will be looking to stay here again.

Thank you for your feedback—we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear there was some difficulty finding the complex at night. Pagosa Springs has a dark sky ordinance, which keeps light pollution to a minimum and makes it a wonderful spot for stargazing. Because of this, streets outside of downtown can be quite dark, so driving slowly and using high beams can be helpful. Some guests also find it handy to keep a flashlight in the car while exploring the area at night.

Cozy stay with a beautiful view

We loved our stay in this Pagosa condo within a quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds, electric fireplaces and a gorgeous living room view. Kitchen equipment is a bit dated but it has what you need to get by. We didn't check out the community rec center but you can buy a day pass to use the indoor facilities.

Loved the lake and mountain view from the TV/dining area. Beds were comfortable. Decorated and stocked nicely. Could stand to be remodeled/updated, but for four adults for six nights, it was great. We will rent this condo again. Mgmt staff let us know they were available, if needed, but we had no issues during our stay.

Older Unit Shows Its Age

This is a 40-year-old condo that needs attention. It is dark and difficult to cool in summer heat. It was not as clean as it should have been. On the other hand, the beds were comfortable and the linens were new. It's in a good location and is quiet.

After reading your comments, the homeowner wanted to share the following: -"We appreciate your positive feedback regarding the location. -In response to concerns about the darkness of the condo, we have made efforts to augment the available lighting. -A deep cleaning has been scheduled to address any issues. Typically, our property maintains a high standard of cleanliness. -We understand the upstairs level can become warm during the summer. To mitigate this, we have installed a wall air conditioning unit upstairs, along with ceiling fans in all the rooms. Additionally, portable fans have been provided. It's worth noting that Pagosa Springs typically experiences a mild climate, with only a few months of the year having warmer weather than usual. -We take pride in providing accurate and transparent information to our guests. The photographs posted on our listing portray the property's age, enabling customers to make informed decisions prior to their stay. It is important to us that our guests are fully aware of the property's condition before booking. -We would like to reassure you that everything within the property is in proper working order and fully functional.
