With its low-beach access, you can relax on the multi-level deck while you watch the kids play in the sand right in front of the home. And it is convenient to everything!

Dutch Brothers coffee is a four-minute walk. It's less than a mile to the Factory Outlet Mall and only two-blocks to famous Kylo's oceanfront dining, where the D River enters the Pacific.

Stretch out with four bedrooms plus a bonus room with a king bed. Two dining tables that can fit your whole party. A well-equipped kitchen and large garage add to the joy.

Whether beach combing, walking on the beach, or taking advantage of the proximity to all that Lincoln City has to offer, A Beautiful Day is a perfect choice for your time on the Oregon Coast!

The ocean view and access at "A Beautiful Day" was truly magnificent! We hosted our 2 adult children with their families (5 grandchildren) and one doodle grand-dog for a week and we all had a wonderful time. Notable hits were the one footed sea-gull named Hershal that hung out with us, flying kites, soaking in the hot tub and incredible windows to soak in the ocean view! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and the beds were comfy. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. The tide pools are an easy walk from the house as are several restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to stay again!

House was clean and the views were spectacular! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Unfortunately, we had trouble with the hot tub. We were not told that it was in sleep mode and had a whole day lost between trying to heat it, contact the host and receive maintenance. It never got be hot enough to enjoy. There were a couple other maintenance needs that we passed along to the host as well.

I’m sorry the hot tub didn't feel hot enough, but we did have our maintenance team inspect it the day you checked out and it was at 104 degrees. Had you contacted us during your stay, we would have happily sent our maintenance team out to validate and remedy your concerns.

Perfect location for our family.

This was the perfect house for our family. The kids loved the hot tub and we all loved how easy it was to get to the beach. The views were amazing.

Great time together

The setting was great for being inside and watching the waves crashing on the shore - conveniently located and just a great space to spend time playing games, cooking meals and enjoying each other’s company.

Our Beach Adventure

A Beautiful Day home is fantastic. The home is beautiful. Loved the way it was set up and everyone was able to find room to relax or play in . The ocean was just steps away and sitting on the deck watching the waves come in is fantastic. Having the Hot tub to relax in after exploring the coastline was a great way to wind down after an adventurous day .

Beautiful house in a perfect location.

I wanted to rent a beach house for spring break and to celebrate my 20 year wedding anniversary… and this house was perfect. Beautiful ocean front view and had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely be back.

Birthday weekend

My family was all together to celebrate several birthdays that all occur in January. Even though it rained my over 15 grandchildren enjoyed the hot tub. A sea cull missing a foot was named Peggy and appeared every morning to the delight of all of us. By the time we left Peggy was taking food right from my grandsons hand. We miss Peggy.

Amazing Location!

This property was amazing. You can't beat the location and how close it is to the beach. Yes the house has a lot of stairs, but it makes sense in order to get the amazing views. There was so much room we all had our own space while still enjoying family time. The hot tub was not working, this was a big disappointment as we rented this property because it has a hot tub. The management company was in contact with us and did provide minor compensation. I had some pretty disappointed family as a result of the hot tub not working. I would recommend looking at the heat, while it was working, it was still really chilly in the mornings even up stairs. We would definitely rent this property again as the location to the beach just can't be beat. The amount of space and being pet friendly was great. One more note, the key was difficult to find at first. Better check in instructions would be helpful.
