TV

The TV is connected to Google Chromecast. You can cast from your phone and stream Netflix or YouTube with your own account. Make sure your device is connected to the home Wi-Fi.

Kitchen (Main Level)

Fully equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine.
Basic items provided: sugar, powdered milk, teabags, oil, salt, and black pepper.

Bathrooms

Main Level Washroom: Please enter/exit the shower using the right-side door (with handle), located in front of the toilet.

Upstairs Bedroom Bathroom (small attached).

Towels: Each washroom has 3 fresh towels. Additional towels may be brought based on your comfort and group size. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner are available.

Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements

Main Level: 1 bedroom with a full bed.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed.

Extra Options:

Blue sofa in living room converts to sofa bed.

Sofa bed in upstairs bedroom.

3 foldable mattresses in upstairs closet.

Convertible chair/sofa bed in second upstairs bedroom.

Bedding: Fresh sheets and blankets are provided for all beds. Comforters are provided for the 3 main beds. Guests may bring additional bedding as needed.

Lakefront Access – Please Read Carefully

Wooden stairs at the back of the property lead down to the lake. These stairs are regularly in contact with water and may feel very slippery. Please use them slowly and carefully. We recommend bringing life jackets if you plan to go into the lake (not provided by the host) and water shoes for safer footing. Guests should exercise their own judgment and caution when enjoying the lake.

Outdoor Firepit

The firepit is available for use. Please bring your own firewood, available at Walmart or Canadian Tire.

BBQ (Charcoal)

A charcoal BBQ is provided. Please clean it after use. A yellow hose is available in the yard. Charcoal can be purchased locally at Walmart or Canadian Tire.

Cleaning Supplies

Vacuum and mop are in the laundry room; additional supplies are under the kitchen sink.

Entrances

If entering through the front door in the evening, please close it promptly to prevent insects from coming inside.

House Rules:
General Rules

Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM. This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep noise to a minimum.

No events, parties, or loud music.

No smoking inside. If smoking outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Leave the home neat and tidy, the way you found it.

Please do not move furniture or eat on the beds.

Wash and dry dishes before checkout.

Empty all trash bins before checkout and place garbage/recycling in the designated outdoor bins (inside the shed at the side of the house).

BBQ (Charcoal): Dispose of used charcoal and clean the grill after use. A yellow water hose is available nearby.

Outdoor chairs: Keep backyard chairs stacked when not in use to prevent them from being blown away by the wind.
