Lovely home on the beach, everything you need. Beach is stunning. Shop a short walk away. Enjoyed our stay we where lucky enough to have great weather.

A fabulous place to stay, lovely beach front views. Immaculately clean. Excellent communication from hosts. Highly recommend this lovely beach house and would definitely stay again.

Peaceful and so beautiful

We started our vacation here and the first thing we did was walk down to the beach and walk the entire beautiful sand beach. My son loved the water, although a little chilly. This is the perfect place to gather your thoughts, go on long walks and just listen to the ocean. The town is so quaint and the cafe and restaurant were great and delicious (busy on the weekends). I will definitely be back.

The setting is amazing, small garden then down a few steps to the beach. Check in was simple and everything you need to know is laid out. Not sure about the TV and casting as we don't watch TV! Unfortunately we only found the games and puzzles on our last day when doing a final check through Great cafe and store 10 minutes along the beach with good local coffee. Kūaotuna is a quiet, unspoilt village.Serena responded very promptly to all our messages, especially when there was a systems glitch with our booking. Plenty of heaters, rugs and cushions. We had a perfect winter weekend getaway and have already booked to come back!Thank you for sharing your home.

Beach Paradise!

We love Absolute Beachfront at Kuaotunu having stayed previously in 2018. The property is perfect in every way, so comfortable, spacious and airy. It's wonderful to look out on the ocean in all weathers, to enjoy the deck for meals and coffee or to just sit on the cool grass. We loved being able to sit in different spots around the property depending on sun/shade, just reading a book or contemplating the view quietly. Having a private access to the beach is magic! Where else can you just pop down in your swimmers to jump the waves or laze in the water on a calm day? We absolutely love Kuaotunu as it's so off the beaten track with it's own local clientele for Luke's Kitchen, the coffee shop and store. It was the most peaceful relaxing week thank you.

Incredible spot!

We had an amazing few days at this incredible property. The location is absolutely perfect, the best in the village we thought. The house was beautifully presented and the hosts were great to communicate with and easily contactable if you needed anything. The beach and fishing were awesome! Thanks so much, we will be visiting Kuaotunu again!
