LIVING AREA
The living area is located on the main floor, this bright and welcoming space is tastefully decorated, offering two nice comfy couches. The home has a contemporary feel, a large stone bar is the main focal point of the space perfect for entertaining or just gather for favorite late-night snack.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook up breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.

BATHROOM - 1ST FLOOR
Don't miss the convenient first-floor half bath, just adjacent to the kitchen and bar area.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOM - 2ND FLOOR
Located on the second-floor bedroom #1 (Queen) and a Master Bedroom (2 side by side Queens). The full-size bathroom with a single vanity and a tub/shower combo is attached to the Master Bedroom. Each bed is topped with soft, premium linen and bedding, and you'll find plenty of storage for you to unpack and make yourself at home. Each bathroom is equipped with plenty of fresh towels and necessities.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOM - 3RD FLOOR
Located on the third floor is bedroom #3 (Queen) and bedroom #4 (King) Both bedrooms share a full-size bathroom with a single vanity and a tub/shower combo. Each bed is topped with soft, premium linen and bedding, and you'll find plenty of storage for you to unpack and make yourself at home. LAUNDRY
Located on the 2nd level, you'll find the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, which comes complete with detergent and dryer sheets for making vacation laundry a breeze.

The Neighborhood:
LaSalle Park is an integral part of the three-neighborhood "Old Frenchtown" area-LaSalle Park, Lafayette Square, and Soulard - bordering the southerner edge of downtown St. Louis. Offering easy access to major interstates and other major thoroughfares. A majority of its architecture includes French-style red brick rowhouses, and Federalist and Victorian houses.

Nearby attractions also include the famous Soulard farmers market, Anheuser-Busch Brewery, which conducts free daily tours, Bush Stadium, and the Gateway Arch all just minutes away. Plus, numerous local restaurants and bars, all within a short reach!

ABODEbucks loves hosting all guests. However, based on past experiences; to better our protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $88 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.

✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old
✔ Pets are not permitted on the property
✔ No smoking inside the home
✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

Boy moms spring break
There were 8 of us. Myself and my bestie and our 6 boys. This place had just enough room for all of us and was great! Really close to all of the major sites like the Arch, the Zoo, the Science Museum, and Union Station. Would definitely stay again!

Overall impression of the place was pretty good! We enjoyed the area, close to several local restaurants, quick drive to Busch stadium . Cute little coffee shop within walking distance that we went to twice! However, the floors could have used a good scrub! We had kids, so of course they were all over the floors. Also, a good dusting, the ceiling fans and the return vent need some love. Overall, great place, fit our group comfortably!

Get Away Weekend
3 couple’s anniversary get away, convenient location and proximity to eating out. Loved the old neighborhoods with pub dining and bars. Older area in Soulard district, but felt very safe. Nice remodel of an old ‘brownstone’, with tons of space to gather and relax. Would definitely recommend.

Nice and comfortable
The property was nice and spacious. It had a feel of home and my kids felt comfortable immediately we arrived. We had just a little problem with cleaning. Mostly because I had two toddlers who crawled into every little space and the bar/dining area could use a lot of cleaning. Overall however we had a nice and comfortable stay and if we ever visit St, Louis in the future we will stay.
