Clean place. Very convenient having washer dryer. Also the kitchen is loaded for cooking. Loved the grill too. Lastly, the furniture and especially the beds were extremely comfortable

Cozy and perfect location

Easy check in process, clean, plenty of room. The location is close to anything you need to do in the area. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Would stay here again!

Great place for a Weekend Stay

This was a great place to stay to enjoy the Dallas Cowboys games and other near by venues. The property was clean and had all the basic necessities need for our stay. The host was very responsive to any questions or updates.

Nice house and great location

House is nicely appointed. The location is great if you are attending events at AT&T Stadium or Globe Life Field. Quick access to I-30 makes trips into Dallas or Ft. Worth easy as well.

Great House and Location!

The Pecan House was cebtral to everything in Arlington from ATT Stadium, Six Flags, Globe Life, and is just 10 minutes from tons of restaurants. Wifi worked great, Roku TV in Living room was nice. Its an older house so bring long cables for charging! Overall great stay!

Clean and met all our needs

The house was clean and met all of our needs for our 3 day trip. We were traveling to Globe Life and the entertainment area, it was close to get there from the house. The neighborhood fine for us.

Small town feel

We came into town for the Cotton bowl and Cowboys game. We rented a car, so the commute to the stadium was ten minutes. The neighborhood felt safe, we walked each day and ventured out to the little shops and restaurants that Arlington had to offer- very small town feel, we loved it! Would recommend this VRBO for a family or close friends.

Property was not comfortable. AC didn't work at first but got fixed, however, it was still very humid in the house. Furniture was old and not comfortable. Kitchen was not well furnished. Washing machine did not work correctly. Overall, not a good experience.

Thanks for the review! We are sorry you couldn't figure out the washer. My cleaner has no issues with it. Furniture is not old but not new either. Most people seem to be okay with it. There is enough stuffed stocked in the kitchen for 6 people so we are not sure what you needed, but you didn't let us know either. Sorry you couldn't figure things out and didn't have a good experience. We were always available. Jeff

The property was clean and the check-in was a breeze! The only complaint I could possibly have was the loud music from the neighbors. However, that’s out of this property owner’s control, so excellent overall!

Functional and Efficient

We were pleased with the cleanliness of the home, and we especially appreciated the clean, soft bath towels and bedsheets. It was cold outside for our stay, and while the heater worked fine, the tile floors throughout made it feel cold inside. Some simple floor rugs in the bedrooms and living room would be a great touch for added comfort and aesthetic.
