So much space

Beautiful spacious properth that had lovely views from the top floor. Was neat and very clean. Perfect location for what we needed.

The house was large enough. But sadly the house was full of cobwebs and it was very dusty on the TV'S and Cabinets in the living areas and bedrooms. There was no dishwasher as reported as to one in the house. Lastly there were only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 8 adults and a 7 year old child, for our stay of 4 days 5 nights. But Phillip Island holiday homes were very helpful and very professional.

The property was really good for a large group of people. Wasn't the cleanest place. We took our own line master room had a condon wrap under bed with dirty tissues. Broken floor board right in the main walk way. One bedroom we couldn't put the blind up as it was broken. Great dog yard. Just very dusty and dirty couldn't use it as a outdoor sitting area. Great off street parking. Great entertainment area for the kids. Main shower was small. Over all was good. Location was good.

Views on Broadway San Remo

Our stay was cheerful and well appreciated by all however there were a few aspects that were a little disappointing. On arrival *we found only one roll of toilet paper so needed to buy more for both bathrooms*there were no T towels to dry dishes and no dish cleaning scourers only a dish brush*no tea could be found so we bought and left some behind*the outdoor furniture was covered in, I assume, dog hair so was not used*we could not find a cloths iron, that would have been handy*no surface cleaner for kitchen and bathroom so we purchased *lots of cobwebs throughout the house. These are all small things but would all contribute to making a stay that little more comfortable. Everybody enjoyed the stay and were happy that the space was available. Thank you
