I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay. I definitely unplug from the world as much as possible when I visit New Bernies myself. I agree with the DVD collection statement. That’s a hard movie to find, lol! Maybe it will be there the next time you come to visit ;)

We’re glad you enjoyed the dock and the beautiful view. We’re sorry for any confusion regarding water access. While we do not advertise a formal kayak launch in the listing, we do provide a low platform and a ladder with rails next to the dock to assist with kayak boarding, as well as a kayak and small boat ramp with a ladder along the bulkhead on the edge of the property. We also didn’t receive any concerns during your stay, and we appreciated your text message on your last day, noting the home was clean and the view was beautiful.

Hi Ryan, we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:- We apologize for the oversight in cleanliness. The area around the stove and the refrigerator should have been thoroughly cleaned. Our cleaner insisted that the area was cleaned and that food was not left in the refrigerator. To prevent this in the future, we’ve requested that they take photos and videos of the property for quality control. Additionally, the dust and trash under the beds, and the metal sparkler wands, have been addressed, and the area has been cleaned up.- The exterior porch lights and screened-in porch lights have had their bulbs replaced, and we’ve added new batteries for the remote. We weren't aware of these issues and appreciate you letting us know.- The ceiling fan in the primary bedroom is being replaced.- The queen bed in the middle bedroom, which is relatively new, has been repaired. We’re unsure what caused it to break but will monitor its condition closely.- Regarding the crab traps left in the water, we weren't aware of this issue. We understand it was a safety concern and will ensure better communication about the traps with future guests.- The outdoor trash should've been handled by our cleaner, and this issue has been addressed to ensure it doesn’t happen again.- The property is stocked with light bulbs, and we regret that these weren’t already replaced for you.We appreciate your positive remarks about the location and the property itself, and we’re sorry that these issues impacted your overall experience.
