Excellent 5 nights stay at the beachfront spacious and clean house, no complaints whatsoever. The house is facing Collingwood beach, very close to Vincentia shops and amenities. We will definitely return.

If you come to Jervis Bay for the beaches, the location of this place could not be any better. You step out of the door and onto the beach. The apartment is light and bright and it was large enough for us - two couples with a small poodle. We'll be back.

Great location, 1min walk to a beautiful beach. The property had everything we needed it was lovely and clean with tidy gardens. Only negative was we could only pick up 1 channel on the tv. Nice restaurants nearby. Would stay again.

Love this place!

How many beaches are within a hour drive? We hit 15 in two days and there are more… one more beautiful than the next. Book it and enjoy!

Lovely property blissfully close to the beach

We loved our stay! The house is SO close to the beach, we loved waking up to the sound of the waves. The place is well maintained, beautifully clean. We arrived to freshly mopped floors (still slightly damp which assured us the house had been recently and properly cleaned). Usually in a holiday house we find spiders and webs a concern but this house is so well tended to that we didn't spot a single trace which we really appreciated! Conveniently close to local shops and many gorgeous beaches. The only thing we missed was an air conditioner but there were a few fans around the house that got us through a hot and humid day. Loved the place and would happily stay again!

Poseidons Hideaway - Great Location, Poorly Maintained Property

Property is poorly maintained, and simply not worth the premium tariff/rate paid.Mould and dirt on vertical blinds in multiple rooms, including kitchen and bedrooms. Window sills not cleaned in long time.A simple damp rid container, full of water, in the lounge could not cope with the damp mouldy smell.Kitchen tap/ mixer extremely loose.Litchen tidy bin lid never wiped.Yellow paper roll handle falling off wall.Towel rack in bathroom very loose, care required not to pull off wall.No wifi connectiity, OK as advetised but free to air TV limited, as TV antenna cable plug is wrong type with cable jammed into wall socket so free-to air connection, poor for most channels.No regular maintenance being maintained with the property. Also questionable cleaning on departue and prior to occupation.Overall property is a health hazard due to the mould and damp in most rooms, so a warning to any one with asthma and respiratory issues.We departed a full day earlier than scheduled as mould and damp smell was impacting on elederly 83-year old monther-in-law health.When emailed shorly after arrival on first day to advise of tap issue, with subsequent SMS sent 2 days later to advise of TV issues, a we-will-look-at issue response received from property managers few days later, just before we departed. A real shame as location is great! Unprofessional and irresponsible property manager.Avoid Experience Jervis Bay, so please avoid them & this Poseidons property at all costs.

Hi Peter, We appreciate all feedback, the good, the bad and the ugly... but we don't appreciate the over-exagurated, false, misleading and untrue statements made by you. You booked the cheapest property in Vincentia, a property that is located on the water and over the business weekend of the year and you complain about the price, that in itself is a reflection of who you are and how little your words mean. - No WIFI - Correct, it is advertised with no WIFI. - A little dust - Yes, it is located on the beach where there is fine sand dust that gets through everything no matter how often it is cleaned. - TV reception - We checked it and there is no issue with the free to air TV reception. - No response to your message - As per all your communications and the Guest Hub it tells you that we will not be monitoring the email over the weekend and to call the phone number provided. I could go on, but our property manager has walked the property following your stay, and it is nothing like what you have stated. Surprise, it is not a perfect property! It is a small, affordable flat in a great location that allows for people working with a budget to stay on the beach in Jervis Bay and may not be a 10/10 offering, maybe not a 9/10 offering (albeit running a 9/10 rating at the point of writing this review) all of which goes to show your 2/10 review is reflective of you and not the property. Best of luck finding something to your standard with your budget in the future.
