Madeira Beach Yacht Club #231F is a great 1 bedroom 1 bath 430 sq ft. suite. Quiet second floor walkup with outdoor seating area. Offers one queen bed in bedroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room (if you plan to use the sleeper please request sheets at the time of booking). Fully stocked kitchen with all dishes, utensils and pots and pans. Washer and dryer in kitchen. Free high speed internet and HD television. Please note there is no phone in this condo.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Additional amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, 2 pool tables, his and hers dry saunas, shower/dressing room, and hot tub.
By far the best deal on a one bedroom condo in Madeira Beach. Multiple fishing docks, adjacent to city park and public library. Easy walk to supermarket, drug store, restaurants and bars. Property is just a short a walk to the beautiful Gulf beaches.

This condo association requires the formality of application for approval at least 14 days prior to arrival along with $75 fee for every booking. This fee is non-refundable. Applications not completed by guest and returned to us within 4 days of booking, will result in the booking being cancelled. You will be required to complete this paperwork prior to confirmation of booking. This fee is included in your AirBnB pricing.

Approximately 2 miles north of John's Pass Village! The village is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. It's 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Disappointing #231 F
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1. Location of unit was perfect for us. Close to beach, stores and services.2. Communications with Sunhost was good3. Madeira Yacht Club was safe and property was well taken care of3. The unit was extremely disappointingHere’s why:The entire appt. was dated and in need of many upgrades.The furniture was at best, lawn furniture. Upon arrival, we spent time cleaning the unit.The dryer did not work so we had to hang our clothes around to dry.The TV remotes did not allow for volume controlOverall, the unit was not cleaned properly. We spent much of our time cleaning floors, dishes and cutlery. The walls are in need of paint.The bedroom closets were not fit. We had to clean two plastic containers to store our clothes.Summary: The unit is dated and it shows. We feel it needs to be completely refurbished. We would not recommend the rental of this unit.

Reviewer Comments: this unit was ok for our stay, but needs to at least pay for some new furniture, especially pots and pans. Yacht club is great location, pool and friendly neighbours. This unit needs help. Would recommend the property, just not this unit.
