When we arrived the umbrella was upside down in the pool and had stopped the pool sweeper. We got the umbrella out and cleaned the filter on the sweeper and got it working again.Was super cold all week and had problem working thermastat but finally got it working.Overall was satisfied with the home.

We would have preferred a regular brewing coffee pot vs. a Keurig. When searching for a cutting board, the one we found was dirty. There is a broken drawer in the bathroom vanity in the master bedroom (bottom middle). Shower was nice and hot and bath towels were soft and clean but no washcloths. Need a hook or someplace to hang hand towel in master bath. Living room couch is a little dated and not very comfortable. Pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures and not heated. We enjoyed the patio, although furniture could be updated.

My colleague and I stayed her for a conference and it was perfect for the handful of days we were in AZ. The beds were comfy and the place was clean. I wish we could’ve used the pool more but it wasn’t quite warm enough to heat the pool properly.

This was a cute 3 bedroom house, quiet neighborhood, close to everything out side Phoenix. Close to spring training, shopping, and ball fields where we had a tournament. Huge yard, with a nice pool. Weather was fantastic for February.

A lovely stay

The house was equipped with everything and more. So nice to have enough soaps and cleaning products to enjoy the stay and not have to ration. Check in and check out was easy and communication was prompt when we had a question. The location was ideal for Dobson Ranch golf course which was awesome for five days of practicing and playing as well as easy access to the baseball facilities we travelled to. The pool area was excellent for us - three teenage boys loved the afternoon dip and we all spent loads of time on the deck chairs. The neighbours were kind and the access to restaurants was plentiful. Would definitely stay here again.

True to pictures - location was close to golf which we wanted. Property would work for 2 couples or a small family. Great outdoor space, back yard was very large and pool area was clean and inviting (but it was 60 degrees when we were there) :-)

The property was great and in a safe and convenient location. I had a small hiccup with check in as the listing said I could check in at 3pm but when I contacted the property manager I was told 4pm was actual check in. But they were kind and allowed me arrive at 3pm. I would highly recommend a stay here!

This worked great for us---three adults and two teenagers. Property is as described and as in pictures. The neighborhood seemed fine, the teenage boys went for bike rides in the evening with no concerns.

The house was fine, although not very cleanly outside and sliding glass door was really dirty. The pool was not heated (which was not advertised in the listing) so that was a HUGE disappointment. Bath towels could have been nicer - they seemed old, thin and worn.

Private and Spacious Outdoor Oasis

We enjoyed our stay in this very large home with more storage space than we have at home! The kitchen was great, with loads of cupboard space. The office space was especially appreciated. A few minor things that aren't mentioned in the description or photos. Though there was ample outdoor space and lots of seating, we would have like an outside dining table. The primary bedroom was quiet and spacious with a bonus patio for morning coffee, but there was no place to hang your clothes. And the shower in that bedroom is huge, but in a rather small space; it's 2 steps down, with no bar or railing to hold on to. These are just small inconveniencies, and we worked with them with minimal fuss. I highly recommend this place for families with small kids.

Great location

Property in general was as described. Check in and out was without issues. Host was responsive every time. Property is in a great location- very close to everything- grocery, restaurants, highway etc. Property is overall clean and well kept- AC smelled of previous smoking despite being a smoke free rental. Pool is NOT heated (advertised as such) so be aware if you are visiting in a colder month it may not be warm enough- For my stay in June it was PERFECT! Internet is somewhat spotty and modem had to be reet several times which made it difficult to work. If you have mobility issues please be aware that the master bath is 2 step down shower. The bath in the hall is a tub/shower combination and the pool is a step down as well with no hand rails. There were plenty of towels for both bath and pool, linens were fresh -Laundry on site was a huge asset. Overall it was a good property and I would have no reservations booking again.

My husband & I rented this home for my daughters wedding.. My SIL stayed with us. PROS: Cute home, nicely decorated, clean. Back yard is big. Nice pool, fenced in for safety. I called rental mgr. the day of checkout because I accidentally lost my ID & she extended the lock for us to go back & find it. CONS & SUGGESTIONS: I contacted rental mgr the 2nd day & she responded 2 days later. Garage door spring was broken & lights in garage didnt work. Laundry area ( in garage) was dirty We had 1 towel each for the week. No washcloths or hand towels. ( I found the extra towels in the dryer the day before we left) The master shower is a step down shower, but no safety bar to get in. If you have bad knees or hips it could be very unsafe. Pool doesnt have a railing either. The living room is a step down living room. They need a light on the lower wall or something to light that up in the dark. The first night my husband fell. No closet in the master, but there are closet in other bedrooms. 1 closet is full with storage for toys and the other closet is only 1/4 usable. I put a towel over the doors to hang our clo thing. There were dressers, but I cant put a suit or formal dress in drawers. Cute home, n8cely decorated, cleanwedding
