This beautiful home in Mesa is perfect for your Arizona getaway! It is family friendly and has a large backyard with a seating area, covered dining area, Heated Pool upon request**, BBQ, and Hot Tub..

The 4 bedroom. 3 bathroom home with a sparkling Heated private pool is located in a quiet neighborhood close to everything in the Mesa/Tempe and Scottsdale area. The home features an open floor plan with loads of space to sleep up to 12.

The kitchen is supplied with all your cooking needs. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king sized bed geared towards your comfort and a small office nook to work or relax with a book. The 2nd bedroom has two twins, The 3rd and 4th Bedrooms have Queen beds. All are incredibly comfortable, you won't want to leave! The couch in the living room can fold out to a twin bed and the pool house out back has a couch and mini fridge to relax in while hanging by the pool.

The Windows in the kitchen and bar area fully open up to the backyard creating a great entertaining space, while the sliding glass door fully opens as well.

Pool Heat: For $35 per day, your pool will be heated to 82 degrees. Please request a minimum of 72 hours in advance.

Hot tub was great! Outdoor space was very nice. Communication with host was good. As I mentioned to the host, there are a number of small things that could be upgraded to make this property 5 stars!

Baseball Themed House

Our family of 5 stayed here for our son's baseball tournament. The kids enjoyed the baseball theme decor and foosball table. The house is well stocked with extra towels, blankets and kitchen items. Property owner is very responsive to any needs.

Perfect spot for hosting your family function!

Wonderful beautiful home for our family staycation! Beyond excellent communication with the host/owner! Easy entry access, fantastic oversized master bedroom, very spacious home to accommodate everyone and allow privacy! Fully stocked kitchen with a 2nd fridge in the laundry room! Fun baseball themed home! The pushout windows were amazing with the coastal weather we had this weekend! Kids give the foosball table, game selection, pool, and hot tub a big thumbs up! Great location, very central, quiet neighborhood, lots of parking, it truly felt like we were on vacation! Thank you so much for the hospitality, 5 star review!

Great location and home

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The location was absolutely fantastic, placing us right in the heart of everything we needed. The property itself was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Communication with the host was impressive and very accommodating.The only downside was that the hot tub struggled to maintain heat, which was a bit disappointing as we were looking forward to relaxing in it. Additionally, a rug by the sliding glass door—whether inside or outside—would be a great touch to help with tracking dirt and keeping the space tidy. Overall, though, these were small issues compared to how much we enjoyed our time here. We’d absolutely consider staying again and would recommend it to others seeking a clean, well-stocked, and perfectly located getaway spot!

Nice week in AZ

We recently stayed at this property for a week with our young children. First let me say, this is a nice property and we enjoyed our week. There were a few things that could have improved our time. Unfortunately it was the lack of attention to detail that I wouldn’t give it 10/10. The photos are beautiful but once arriving we realized they had been touched up. The cabinetry and doors show significant wear and tear as do the bathrooms. Showers lacked places to put products, I had to put everything on the floor of the shower. When we arrived it would have been nice to have an owners manual to offer info for the house. I had to message the owner many times regarding questions about the property. The pool has a mesquite tree next to it and it releases all kinds of leaves and what looked similar to pine needles. It made for a big mess in the pool, thankfully the pool person was able to come two days early since there were big piles of stuff throughout the bottom of the pool. I also agree with another review, a rug near the sliding door coming from the pool would be helpful. Our family loved the pool, the outdoor space and our time in the Mesa area. Overall we enjoyed our time at the property. My opinion is this would be a 10/10 if a little TLC was put into some of the details.
